Customer service is the worst i order ahead of time to pick up my food later i get to the place the guy charges me for my food tell's me is not ready i wait for 20 minutes inside that is about 1 hour after i order finally i get upset and tell the guy to cancel my order now he checks his kitchen my order has been ready for the past 30 minutes he just handed it to me like nothing happened after he made me waste over 20 minutes waiting for the food that has been ready for 30. O stars for this place.
Price going up.. poor quality pizza .. not going there any more.
Great food and outstanding customer service.
I’ll start off with stating the staff was nice, friendly, and professional. The quality of the food however was not acceptable. The pizza was overdone and dry and the pasta was extremely dry with very little sauce to the point it was inedible. I would honestly say it was the worst pasta I have ever eaten. This obviously is not my first time having Pizza Hut and I have enjoyed it but this occasion was extremely disappointing. My only thought could be I ordered it approximately 90 mins in advance for a scheduled pickup. Maybe it was cooked to early and sat in the holding oven for to long. I can assure you this is not the quality you want your restaurants serving.
Food is good and consistent for the food chain and the location is clean when you go in. This restaurant was able to help me in a jam when I had to change my food order from pickup to delivery last minute due to my rental car not working.
The pizza was very good and hot just the way my wife and I like it it was great.thank you nick.
Wash out your pans before making your food. Our regular breadsticks were covered in cinnamon because the pan had not been washed out after making cinnamon breadsticks. We threw the whole thing in the garbage.
