I basically exclusively order online here so I can't comment on the service, but my order is always ready on time and is almost always correct. You can get a lot of food for a great value here and honestly it's prepared well and delicious on most occasions as well. Never had an issue at this location and have been at least 5 times. They usually have deals on Mondays for mobile ordering, but I'm not sure if they still do that.

It's been a while since I've last had Moe's. Over the years, I felt the quality dropped off. I'm more of a fan of Qdoba. I walked in and went straight for the restroom. There was water all over the floor - a slip hazard. Restaurant was clean otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful. My burrito with adobo chicken was good, not great. Chicken was very bland. Salsas from the salsa bar were bland as well, except for the salsa verde. For a burrito, I'll stick to Qdoba.

I just did a door dash and I ordered a adobo chicken and cheese quesadilla and I just got a cheese quesadilla.. Soo disappointed.. and was charged as a chicken and cheese quesadilla.. order number 69406804 date March 13 2022 at 4:26pm in the Patchogue location..sigh

The food was Great! You can tell the food is made fresh every time. the ambiance is very welcoming, the staff is always smiling from entering to leaving! The restaurant was very clean! Love coming here!!

NEVER GO HERE! I made a note on my order saying that I’m gluten free, and they put fried potatoes in my bowl! I called to complain and all they said was that they were sorry! Unbelievable I will never eat there again!

Great food...nice place..clean.

Ordered the tacos here. The shells were terrible and very stail and seemed like they were not cooked all the way. Very bland beef and tasteless. Would not recommend and I will not come back here

I like the food at Moe's and the location is clean, not overly crowded, and has comfortable seating. I've used them for catering once too. However, in general, I find the prices to be high for what you get. Also, their menu isn't as straightforward as it used to be. My most recent visit to this location resulted in a bill over $40.00 for two adult meals (3 steak tacos per meal), one fountain drink, a Jr burrito, and one kids meal. We didn't order anything extra. The assembly line method of preparing the order doesn't help with the staff communication and by the time the cashier tallies everything up based on handwritten acronyms on your wrapped food items, your left wondering how the bill got to that amount. Then you think back to when the cashier needed clarification from a prep attendant on one or two items, you start to think you were overcharged in some way. It would make more sense to have the order entered into a modern POS system first. I'm going to recommend that you definitely clarify what you were charged if you have any questions, because I seem to have more onfusion or problems when the floor manager is the cashier. Also, if you need to ask for a receipt to check what you were charged, then do so.

Very rude staff!!! We will stick to Riverhead location from now on.

So I’m not big on Tex Mex but my daughter is ALL THINGS TACOS… so I gave this place a try for the first time. I will say the food was pretty darn good. The only other place similar I’ve gone to was chipotle,,, and I felt Moe’s was better than that as far as the overall flavor. The store was clean and pretty tidy. My only drawback was the service. Not one of the girls serving, on the register or cleaning had a Pleasant attitude or Demeanor. Not a smile, a thank you or even common basic Pleasantries. It costs nothing and doesn’t take much effort to Be kind and nice to one another. Will I return,,,, maybe, because I’mBig on 2nd chances….. BUT then again, I could just spend my money where the staff cares enough to be kind and pleasant.
