Never had a major problem at this location and it is the closest to my work so I go here more than any other location. That being said they make use of parking cars from the drive thru in the parking lot and bringing your order out to you later way too much. This wouldn't be enough to lose a star typically but the problem is exacerbated by the tight area and heavy traffic of the parking lot that the designated spots are in. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff are very nice most days.
Not only have I been super patient knowing that these are tough times mentally and economically for all people. But seeing the service at this McDonald’s facility has been disheartening and absolutely atrocious! Tonight while waiting to put in an order I saw one of the employees throw plastic into the parking lot that was wrapped around his foot. Then ordered my simple double cheeseburger and fries, the order was incomplete. I got chickenNuggets and fries. I called to Xpress my disheartened and unhappiness with my order to only be hung up on by the girl on the phone. Sadly they have more employees working there than most restaurants that are able to get orders out promptly efficiently and with quality! Sadly again this McDonald’s has gone downhill!
Ordered 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. They charged me $11.02 and didn’t give me a receipt or hash brown. How is my order Almost double the price? They did this twice!! Won’t be coming back here
These MF’ers are smoking crack, is all I can say. Last week I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and I got a cold slab of chicken thrown on a soggy roll. No pickles, no dressing, nothing. I asked for a Diet Coke, they give me a regular Coke.This morning I ordered an Egg McMuffin and chocolate chip cookies. I got a Sausage McMuffin and TWO cookies in a bag, which is supposed to come with three. Count much? I guess it’s kinda hard when you are high on crack.The Commack McDonalds, where I stop from time to time on my way home from work, NEVER gets my order wrong.Get with the program, McDonalds! Time to hire some new staff! People who actually want to be there.
Put cheese on my quarter pounder when I said Nothing on it. It even said no cheese on the drive thru screen. Hiw does it happen????
Service is slow when busy. They have different people working there a lot it must be were they train? It use to be great and efficient. But now I believe it is just below average.
The drive through was surprisingly fast and the food I had reminded me of McDonald's of the 80s except for the size of the food of course, as a McDonald's of these days it's Aces. If you are able to go to that place please do around dinner time, by the way it's in the same shopping center as Best buy just an FYI.
So I used the McDonald’s app to do an online order and had my girlfriend pick up the food because she was already out. I sent her a screen shot of the order number and the app says tell a employee order number. She did they said they couldn’t find it and walked away. She waited there 10 min for another employee to come back to do the order in person. Horrible service and horrible app. Why do you need the phone with you when you have the order number.
I'm us marshal and was heading home and decided to get something to eat, and quarter pounder had onions when told them to leave off and my vanilla shake had long hair in it, I have short hair and live alone, called manager and told me I'm confused about my order and nothing he could do. Will be calling head office and report this and I won't be ever going there again.
