We love the food and service at Lombardi's, but maybe it was because we ate outside, the food was a bit under par and it was sad because our son and daughter-in-law were visiting from out of town, and we were celebrating a number of occasions.
Lombardiâs on the Bay Is a beautiful restaurant. The views are absolutely gorgeous the food is delicious and the service is always outstanding.
The food was fantastic, service was great, the atmosphere was not what was expected. Way too loud. The constant slamming of the outside door made the night less than desirable. It was supposed to be an Anniversary dinner but ended up being more of trying to talk over the loud music and noise of the door closing.
Everything was perfect We were celebrating a 50th anniversary. Drinks were good and the appetizers were great and dinner was delicious. Our waiter Walter was wonderful. He was very polite and so helpful in answering our questions. He made our celebration go very smoothly. I was going to call this morning to say how a wonderful and great time we had and to recognize and let u how how happy were we with Walter our waiter and to please pass on to him our sincere thanks in making our celebration a memorable one it was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
Good food but it was SO hot. We were seated in their glass enclosed bar/sunroom. The ceiling fans were barely moving and there was one door that provided a bit of relief when servers or guests went in and out to the patio. Our tabke and the two tables next to us asked about leaving the door open, opening a window or turning up the ceiling fans, but the waiter (very nicely) said he wasnt allowed. We didnt stay for dessert :( because we were sweating. It impacted our night significantly.

I made a reservation for 2 without specifying indoor or outdoor. When brought to our table it was a horrible table plopped down in the middle of a crowded room. We decided to sit at the bar to wait for an outside table. So glad we did- it was a beautiful night, there was nice space between tables for private conversation, and our server was wonderful. The food was excellent too especially the zucchini flowers which were an appetizer special.
Food and service was excellent. I would definitely go back again
I love this place. The view is awesome, food is really good and it has such a nice atmosphere.
