Absolutely love this place. This reminds me of restaurants in my home town Queens Jackson Heights❤️ The food &service is always on point. The owner always makes it a point to see how things are going. If you are undecided this is the place 2 go!
Tried this place today with my family and I was beyond disappointed! My wife and I ordered the bandeja campesina and all of the food was cold with little taste. I felt sick after I tried the steak, it was thin like paper, and the chicken and pork were so dry I almost chocked! I’ve been too a lot of “Colombian” restaurants in Long Island and this one was by far most disappointing.
The taste of the food is not good, it taste like the smell of other food mixed into some dishes. Service is good but people that work in the place comes very late!

As a person who frequents Gallo for their Tequila Tuesdays special I decided to check them out for an event and they did not disappoint. We just had a bridal shower for my daughter in their upstairs event room. It was amazing! The room is beautiful, bright and spacious, the food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful, and the service was fantastic. From the initial meeting with co-owner, Carolina, until the day of the event, the planning was a breeze. They are so accommodating, easy to work with, and they took a lot of the pressure off of us. The servers were there helping us set up, rearranging things, adding additional tables, assisting us with the use of the elevators, and making sure no one was in need of anything throughout the event. They were very attentive, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Gallo for general dining as well as special events. I could not be more pleased with the way we were treated and the event itself. Fabulous!

Had a very delicious meal tonight. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The skirt steak is just to die for, and that green sauce !! OMG ?
Came to visit this place based on Google reviews. It is good but not nearly a 4.5 as Google has it rated. The shrimp ceviche was good and my bandeja was good. Their shrimp and steak dinner, the shrimp had zero and I mean zero seasoning. If you live nearby it may be a nice place.to frequent once you figure out what they prepare the best otherwise not worth the drive to.
Service was good. We were seated immediately. No chips and salsa at the table. I had the veggie fajita and it was good but I wouldn't say it was great.
