The stars are for the customer service. Do not buy Boston crane or jelly donuts here. There is barely a teaspoon of filling and they are $12.00 for a dozen. Ridiculous. Very dry until you get to the smallest bite of filling. Don't advertise filled donuts if they are not. That is the third and last time. After chemo just wanted something sweet. Disappointing!
Super Clean and Super Fast !I been to this place many times . this is the only dunkin in patchogue that does the order and has fresh coffee and fresh food!! and also fresh donuts! there always these two ladies who keeps making donuts after donuts ! everytime i go medford there coffee and food are always stall and dry and uncooked! I recommended this place even if there a line it will go fast in no time!

My order is always wrong but it's the only dunkin in our area. This is now the 3rd time I went in 3 hours before closing and they had no drinks and refused to make any. No ice tea, coffee, ice coffee.. the only thing they said they have was decaffeinated iced coffee. The teens who work there dump everything way too soon. How are you a dunkin with no coffee?

Place has gotten real bad. Ordered 1 coffee and they got the order wrong 3 times lol asked for a refund and I left. If you work at DD you should at least be able to make a cup of coffee!

I hate this place soo much I went one day at 7 !! Mind you they close at 9 I checked the time and I just wanted a smoothie the girl there said “ sorry I cleaned the machine already “ and also said “ we ran out “ what do you mean you ran out my family goes there also to get smoothies and she says the same thing she got me soo mad and now I’m not going there anymore that girl needs some attention from her manager if you don’t like the job then why do you work there makes no sense
They always make my hazelnut iced coffee the best.
