Brandon who works the counter is the WORST and should be fired not only did he tell me that bc the strip on my gift card “didn’t work” could I now not use my Dunkin Donut gift card that had 15 dollars on it but when I told him that there had to be a way to use it maybe by typing in the numbers he cursed me out and threatened me. I asked to then speak with his manger and was advised there is no manger there and there is nothing I can do. His behavior was quite alarming and inappropriate
The avocado on toast was excellent ! Also, the blueberry muffin was good.
Ordered two chocolate glazed donuts as part of an online order. Pick up my order, get to work, and there were two regular glazed donuts in the bag. The pink order slip clearly stated two chocolate glazed donuts. I do not even LIKE regular glazed donuts, and not one but both were stale. Because I was already at work, both donuts promptly went in the trash. I do not have this problem at other DD’s. Proper command of the English language (or the lack thereof) was definitely an integral issue in this case.
The coffee is always fresh and the service is always fast and friendly the only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because lately the munchkins aren't as fresh (Soft) maybe it's the weather or maybe they aren't selling as fast because of COVID but I will update my rating if it changes.

This store is pretty new and it was my first trip there. The coffee was good but both of the donuts I bought were stale. Nobody cares anymore to rotate stock or throw out the old donuts. That equates to bad service!
One of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts… They always make my drinks correctly.I’m never unsatisfied when I live here… I always make sure I tip.
The people are nice. Service speed was ok. Iced tea was weak. Like very sweet water. Color was very light.
A little slow making order
I have been a regular customer for awhile now. I have overlooked a bunch of mistakes but enough is enough. I almost never get what I ordered the first time. The staff isn't friendly and they don't seem to know what they're doing. I had to correct a mistake on my order 3 times, only to get to work and find that my large green tea, a simple order, was given to me as a black tea with milk. I waited on line the other day for a gift card, only to find that not one person in the store knew how to do it, nor did they care. I am not giving this place my business any longer. It costs me more to constantly replace the wrong orders.
