I have a son on the spectrum,he was wanting Domino's tonight I know the worst pizza but once in a while I'll cave and get it! Placed an order on line delivery was said for 22-30 mins, ok at an hour I call and a young man answers tells me we are busy our wait times aren't correct (um ok) my driver just left...I wait 15 more minutes call back this female ( as per her the general manager) gets on the phone I ask her, where is my food its over an hour she reponds your food was delivered, no not to me..She tells me to hold a second literally a second and says its a big complex guess he made a mistake...You don't look at the address or confirm the name, she gets very nasty I was like my credit card information was on that she ignores that I said where do I reach corporate her response they will just send you back to me very nasty...I said no need to be nasty the general manager then said yes your right Im a nasty bi*** and I hope you starve and hung up the phone! Yes I know it's dominoes I was just trying to make my child happy!
I have been using this Dominos pizza for a while. The place is clean and the food is made to order. The staff are busy making your food specially the way you like it so the talk is minimal but still friendly. I have never had a bad experience. Just remember that they have a lot of deliveries so go to the counter to speak with a store worker not a delivery person. Enjoy!
The most rude and vile staff I have ever had the displeasure of contacting. They forgot part of my order and refused to deliver is saying they could only give me a credit. Apparently my $11 (delivery and tip) was not enough to cover the half a mile trip back to fix the issue. I was also put on permanent hold because they didn’t want to speak to me about the matter any longer. I’ve never been so frustrated with a restaurant in my life. I get it, it’s basically fast food with underpaid workers, but that is not an excuse for dumping all of your frustrations on the customer.

This location have the worst pizza. I called an asked to speak to the manager and she had an attitude. My order was completely wrong. This pizza was burned and dried up.
I Was supposed to do this the last time I ordered from here but I forgot.So Will Was My Delivery Guy And He Was Cool And Friendly And Just A Nice Guy,if I had the option to choose my delivery Driver I’d choose Him,as for the food it was delicious except I didn’t get my sauces but that’s okay
Domino’s Patchogue Doesn’t except coupon from the SaveAround coupon book I bought from the school. They say it’s not in their system.
