They have a great Lorenzo slice and the old world margherita slice was amazing. They are a bit pricey, but well worth it; their specialty slices are my favorite in the area. I only wish they closed later though.

The Brooklyn slice is unmatched in taste compared to other restaurants. Their options for slices are vast. Many different styles and they're all great flavor in their own way. Definitely the place to go in Patchogue village.
Been going here for years, NEVER disappointed. Same amazing taste after new ownership. Old World Margarita and Buffalo Chicken Slice is the best!! Quality and fresh food always! Highly recommend!
Every single time I go to Delfiore’s I am never disappointed. I don’t know what they do but every slice I eat is just truly amazing. My personal favorite is their Buffalo and Brooklyn slice. Just absolutely unbeatable. Yes their prices may be high but I’d rather pay the extra money for a better quality slice. It’s completely worth the extra money. For anyone looking for a new pizza place or a new place to get a good fresh slice from, Delfiore’s is the place to go to!
As a long time customer of Delfiore’s, I can say that the quality and service has remained top-notch through both the acquisition of the business by Jospeh Italiano and a worldwide pandemic. The quality of the cuisine is always worth more than the price point: fresh ingredients and delicious preparation. Even during the more hectic hours, my specialty orders have always arrived perfect (even through doordash) despite my penchant for half-half pizza (meat extravaganza half w half breaded eggplant and chicken ?). Great service though and through. Would recommend to all pizza fans and lovers of good italian food. I will be there again on St. Paddy's day for my Irish Pizza with extra sour cream!
I recently visited on 2 separate occasions. I was disappointed the 1st time so I visited a second time to give it another try. The 2nd time was just as disappointing as the 1st. Not only was I disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom but, also in the food. The meatballs had a thick crust That I could not cut through. They were dry and did not taste good. The Burger meat was so oily and tasted like old oil. The pizza was horrible. We ended up throwing it out with the rest of the food. It was overpriced for such poor quality food. The quality of the food, cleanliness of the restaurant and the service should reflect in the prices. This is not true in this restaurant. The booth we sat in was the cleanest booth that we could find. It was was sticky and there was garbage all over the floor throughout the restaurant. The bathroom well, I'm not gonna go there. It's too disgusting to describe. I know Delfiore pork store has a great name and great quality food. I don't know if they are under the same ownership as this restaurant however, I would be surprised if they are because, delfiore pizza and food company Is the opposite, it's just NO GOOD. I was excited to go there and find a great restaurant instead it was full of disappointments. I wish them well however, I won't be visiting there again.

I ordered the Old World specialty pie. The kid in the phone asked if I wanted anything else and took my name and number. Go to pick up the pie and paid. The pie came out of the oven and it was not the one I ordered. Twice I said I ordered this (pointing to the correct pizza on the display) he said that it's the "other" old world. I said this is not the pie I wanted. Why do they have 2 old world pies on the menu???? Instead of the kid offering to make the correct pie and selling the wrong pie for slices (since I didn't even take the pie yet) he said I asked you which old world you wanted. No he didn't because I didn't even know there were two. He argued with me and handed me the wrong pie and said "sorry." So 22 dollars later I have a pie I didn't wanted, the staff argued with me, and they refused to correct the order and it was basically "to bad." Last time I go there, poor customer service and communication.
