We had a great time with our 2yo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all had a smile on their face. We had visited other locations around the country and this one by far has the best employees.Update: my kid turned 5yo today and we brought her to play and for pizza. Employees are still nice and the place was spotless.

It was a good time, just can't but much with tickets. But the staff were all nice I dropped a drink and the girl threw another cup at my son without question
Always enjoyable to take a toddler anywhere remotely entertaining. I usually give 5 stars by default. But it isn't a year yet of being reopened and service is killing the place. 1 person in the food line in front of me, nobody sitting at a table eating, 45 minutes to get 1 pizza and 1 fries. Games are out of service and there is nobody on the floor to help.
Saturday afternoon's are always packed but it's to be expected. Games are kept up nothing out of order. Just wish there was more space
because I would like to be there just me and my little girls. that way We can play in any machine that we want lmao. All people so nice.
Not very crowded so there are plenty of chances to play. Tickets are not loading to the card properly so you end up with fraction of the tickets you won.
I'm surprised on how much the workers actually like their jobs. Awesome place!!
Kids had a great time, place was clean and games are well priced for a family oriented place... Well done Mr. Cheese.
Worked a night shift, it went fine but the animatronics reeked like musty, rotting bodies.
