Why is chipolte the only business I ever encounter that refuses to give you change for cash payment ? The coin shortage has been over a long time ago. Without any notice, no signage, as my order is ready and I’m at the register the woman says “we just can’t give you any coins is that ok?” Basically asking me to round up to the nearest dollar. Why should I pay extra because youre unprepared in dealing with customers? There was no signage saying no cash. No other business does this. So bizarre, so I look online and google “chipolte exact change” and there’s lawsuits against the company ongoing lmao and they still do it. Amazing.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food was absolutely terrible and the staff was extremely rude. I will never be returning to this location or possibly any other ever again. I am so insulted by staff and disappointed in the food quality!!!

I should’ve left a bad review a while ago but I have this location a chance. Every time I come to this location there is an issue. First I ordered in store a salad, not until I get to the cash register do they let me know there’s no more dressing.. when I said I would’ve been nice if they let me know in advance to ordering as I would’ve changed my order they gave me an attitude.The next time I ordered online a salad and yet again never provided me dressing. Now I order again on the app pick up my food and my order is incorrect. Ordered a salad - they didn’t give me a salad but just shredded lettuce on top. They also added sour cream which I didn’t order. Just a mess all around. Will not be going back to this location.

ordered online, they never received the order so i had to wait, i told them what i got and they didn’t put half the stuff i asked for in it, payed for double chicken and barley got a spoonful, worst chipotle i’ve ever been to, not worth my money

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My family and myself came for dinner 2/10 there was a dark hair maybe Hispanic girl behind the counter making snarky under the breath comments along with her other co workers when she was asked a simple question. Food was awful ordered a steak bowl paid $13 dollars for I had to throw away asked for extra meat and got nothing maybe 3 bites worth of steak and my entire bowl was swimming in sour cream. Nothing better then coming into a place and getting a attitude on top of awful food. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

I am not one to complain. I am just a teenager who was craving chipotle. We arrived at 9:15, aware they closed at 10 but we thought 45 minutes would be enough time. There was a line of people behind us but the two young girls decided to make their coworker food to take home on his way out instead of helping the customers. We weren’t helped until about 9:35. They were out of steak, and multiple of the vegetable options. That isn’t that big of a deal however, mixed with the rest of the issues, it was awful. When we finally received our food, not only was it cold but the rice was hard and under-cooked. I am not trying to start problems, I just want to share my experience.

What horrible customer service the young kids that were working paid more attention in their conversations related to my server girlfriend who just happened to be ahead of me. Profanity was used with any regard that a paying customer was waiting to pay for his order. I will never go back to that Chipotle on Sunrise HWY Patchogue in the same shopping center as Rite Aide.

The food here is normally good for Chipotle standards. I was busy working so had food delivered to my place and opened the container for my chicken quesadilla and saw this (see photo). They smashed the quesadilla to fit it into the container and it turned into a blob of tortilla, cheese, and chicken. It was very difficult, and messy to eat but it is all the same in your stomach I guess Lol. Just be aware when ordering delivery that this may happen.

I have been goin there for years ! They have a new crew the lady’s in the back are always smiling but today I went in and the lady on the line seemed annoyed and lazy made my bowls sloppy and was just throwing stuff in there IT WAS NOT BUSY I was the only person there! And she wrote extra chicken on my bowl when I only asked for an extra vinaigrette,Also the young lady who was at the register was NASTY!! He had a disgusting attitude and when I told her I wanted a receipt she said “well you are going to have to wait because there no receipt paper and all the receipts before yours are going to come out so you will be here . She was rushing me and also when I fished paying she was mumbling under her breath and walk away shaking her head like I did something to her. I didn’t even say a word to her!!! Very disappointing to have nasty people working and I called the store to let the “manager” know what happened and she told me okay I’m sorry next time please tell me in the store so I can do something about it! Like excuse me!! I’ve been a manager most of my work like and THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Thieves! These People Are The Worst! They Left Out Part Of My Order And Their Partners In Crime Uber Dirt Bags Never Gave Me My Money Or My Food Never Again Will I Eat At A Place Where They Don't Care About Customers! I Just Pray They Don't Kill Anyone With Their Tainted Food! And Remember Uber Doesn't Care! Its All About The Money! Millions Of People Get Sick From Places Like This.Good Riddance And Good Luck To The Poor Souls Who Eat There!
