They don’t have a twist machine! Machines are old, ice cream is not firm and is dripping the second they hand it to you. Go elsewhere.

What's not to like about a Carvel ice cream cake
3rd time went there and soft serve ice cream is melted, it melts down your hand in the store and over the counter as the employee hands it to you. They have not fixed or changed their machines in years. Soft serve machine is going bad and not freezing property- owner doesn't care- will definitely go to a different location.
