Very good overall experience. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating which is great during the summer months. They have an extensive cocktail and drink menu. Their burgers are a little on the pricey side in my opinion however they are really good. Family friendly spot. Great service. I have eaten here many times and plan on going back for more.
Burgers are their specialty - yet they were pretty mediocre. I had the Kobe and it tasted identical to my wife's standard beef. If you like pounds of salt, then you will like the fries, but I was drinking gallons of water to address the salt overload all night. The drinks are so heavily watered down you could barely taste the alcohol. This was the second time we ate at Burgerology Patchogue and both experiences were the same. The wait staff was good though - very nice and pleasant - that was a positive. Will not be going back for a 3rd time though given the overall price/quality.
The kids loved the shakes. The burgers were tasty and creative. Absolutely would return again!
The burgers were amazing the waiter was meh and the milkshakes were the worst part they tasted stale and were melted we ordered them at the beginning and didn't receive them until after we finished eating. Also we stated there was a birthday and we watched two others and they didn't sing for us which wouldn't be much to complain about but might as well include in this meh experience
Food is very good but I absolutely don't recommend for dinner on a Saturday night. We had 8pm reservations for dinner and as soon as we were seated immediately felt, "this isn't going to work!". We were exposed to loud chest pounding music. Really? For dinner? I asked the waiter that served us if they could turn down the music a little, because after all...it is a restaurant. He said that it was just going to get louder at 9pm. I suggested, "OK, but it's not 9pm yet." "It almost is", was his response. Obviously, they're more about the music and drinks crowd on Saturday than the average dinner crowd. I don't know how early you need to arrive to eat peacefully and have a conversation but it was already loud by 8pm. We tried to endure, but once the strobe lights started, we needed to move to the outer room where it was a bit better but cold. I can see from other reviews that I'm not alone. Unfortunately, this is the atmosphere that Patchogue has embraced to bring in the crowds of partiers.
I did not enjoy my experience in this specific location I have been to there other location in Huntington and absolutely loved it so I decided to try this location but I did not have the same experience the food took forever to come out about a hour wait also the staff was kind of rude and not attentive at all also they forgot to give me the sauce that went with my truffle fries which was annoying. If you go to any location go to the one over in Huntington do not go to this one the only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars at all is cuz the food was good but that was about all that was good about this location
Seemed greasy- tables, floor sticky, too many people too close together. This restaurant was not concerned AT ALL about the pandemic. Servers not wearing masks, cooks not wearing masks. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone who believes the pandemic and the variants are real and something to be concerned about.
Excellent atmosphere for all ages. Bar available, sports games, burgers, fun for all! Food and drinks were both great!
The food was not great, which is out of the ordinary for them. The drinks and the staff more than made-up for the food. Fun place to go.
Fun atmosphere, and staff are really attentive and nice. Everon (pretty sure I messed up the spelling of his name) is always extremely friendly and great. Food and drinks are awesome. Bingo nights on Tuesdays are alot of fun.
