The Whopper Melt is a little deceiving. Don’t use the word “whopper” if you don’t use the Whopper patty’s. What I got was a double bacon cheeseburger with different bread. Shameful. Bring that comment back to corporate as I know it isn’t anyone’s fault at Waverly.

Make sure you check your sandwhiches before leaving the drive-through. Location seems to have a problem getting orders right. I also complained about this once too and I did not receive a reply to my complaint for over 8 months despited repeated requestss before I told them to go.. you know what. So, there's that too.
i went to this burger king last week and wow one of the managers i believe her name was Jocelyn (one of the other employees told me her name becuase she didnt have a name tag) she was very rude and disrespectful to the kitchen staff i have worked in fast food and the job is not easy and when you have a manager like that it just makes the job that much harder... HORRIBLE Manager She needs to be trained on maners or fired very disrespectful and unprofessional
My sons car broke down on his way home from work and luckily he was able to pull into the parking lot here so he wasn’t stranded on the road. He called triple A and they came and towed his car and the tow truck guy wouldn’t leave until his friend came to give him a ride home. by law the guy couldn’t let him in his truck. keep in mind it’s 19 degrees out and it’s 11:30 at night so my son is freezing outside. He wanted to wait inside the restaurant just until his friend came. Some lady with her young daughter told him to go away and started laughing at him and were being extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s pathetic how you could just leave someone outside in below freezing weather like that. This place is unprofessional and a disgrace. I will be filing a report on Burger king. Unacceptable!
Dylan is an extremely wonderful person so honest so respectful he did my family order so well I ask for his name because I just had to right a review of how great and well he treated us God bless him and ALL the workers. MERRY CHRISTMAS
I entered a mobile order 12 minutes away from from the storm. I got there and had to still wait another 6 or 7 minutes because my lunch was not ready
