Very good food, the staff and manager are very friendly, from the appetizers to the dessert, everything was excellent.
My wife and I ordered delivery on Uber Eats. I got the chicken bacon ranch club wrap and she got the black and blue burger. The wrap was really good and the fries were delicious. My wife enjoyed the burger. The food came quickly and we both enjoyed our our meals. Would recommend.
the hostess Missy was the best and so sweet. My server was great and the food came out quick. Love it here, and my boyfriend gets to watch the sports games that are on, lol. Great place.
Lively crowd, TV displays everywhere you look. The Buffalo wings with bones were fried beyond recognition, little meat, I will try boneless next time. Fries were good. Good beer selection, good staff.
Just stay away. Went there on a week night. Not clean at all sat at a table that was dirty with mayo and ketchup on the table top. Bartender was unsanitary wiped his nose with his hand after serving us drinks. Did not wash up. The glass with my beer in it still had lipstick on it. Complained and bartender didnt care. Cancelled my order and left still didnt care with zero effort on apology or bs excuse. Find better staff. If its dirty in the front house hate to see the kitchen. Plenty of other places in town will never go back not looking to get sick.
I love coming to this place for their apps! The pretzel is the best! It’s about a 40min drive for me, but so worth it. I usually sit at the bar. The staff is absolutely great, but Michelle, the bartender, is so hospitable. Besides her making delicious drinks, she’s very welcoming and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!
Quite possibly the best burger i've had in a very very long time. The French Fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Cooked perfectly, slight crisp not oily at all... I could taste that the oil they were cooked was clean and changed regularly ??
We used to frequent Aroogas when they first opened. Never had a problem that I can recall and their food was amazing. I'd always get the brunch burger and it was easily a top 3 burger for Patchogue.We went last night since our friends wanted to go. It was our first time since covid, so it has been awhile. The service was good and the food came out pretty quick, but that's where the good stuff ends. I, as usual, ordered the brunch burger. The burger used to be quite big and juicy. The one I got last night was literally half the size and had little taste. It was super disappointing compared to the prior burgers I have had at Aroogas. It is one of the biggest declines in quality I've ever seen in a restaurant.EDIT: Someone did reach out on here and gave an e-mail address to help go over this issue. I e-mailed them soon thereafter and never received a response. Moved the review from a 2 star down to a 1 star. We won't be dining here again.EDIT 2: Charlie the GM DID reach out to me on December 4th, but for some reason it wasn't found in my inbox. I look forward to a better experience next time and have moved up my review from 1 to 3 stars for the time being for Charlie's quick and efficient outreach.
I stopped in last night for some take out for myself and three friends. Three of us had a cheeseburger with fries and a other person had the sample of platter. With the tip it came to about $60 which I felt was a fair price. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Not the first time I've come to this restaurant and it definitely won't be the last. There were plenty of seats at the bar and in the main restaurant area.
