The caramel sundae was very good. Large serving size and high quality ingredients.
Very scary! Don’t buy a “Twist” & expect to walk to the “Mist”! These psychotic unAmerican “business owners” were telling us we would get a ticket as soon as we pulled in! Then we said we would get ice cream and Indian food and go to the falls. They agreed. As soon as we got food and tried to walk away, the old woman started yelling at us to leave! Can’t make this stuff up
The custard is fine here. The problem is the staff. We came with a group of 14 on a slow day. They made PLENTY of money from us. When the last adult from our group ordered a topping called crunchkoat, it turns out it was a peanut topping. The guy working did not warn us and two of the children with us have a life threatening peanut allergy. We told him we couldn't take that, and he refused to serve us any further if we didn't pay for the cone we couldn't eat. We refused and he then slammed the window on us and put up a be right back sign. Horrible customer service. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and continued to berate me for not asking what the topping was before ordering it. Avoid this place if you don't want your vacation to be ruined.
This was disgusting! I asked for baby vanilla cones for my toddlers, the man took the cone, put it under the vanilla and realized the soft serve wasn’t working. So he TAPPED THE CONE ON THE GARBAGE and went to put chocolate on my toddlers cone! I had to tell him to throw the cone in the garbage and get a new cone! The ice cream is freezer burnt, old & is not what they say it is! And it’s expensive FOR NO REASON.
Theres a very nice young man working there. We had the strawberry dipped cones.
Not being from NY we had never heard of Perry's Ice cream. So we decided to give it a try. Good sized portions for the price and great toppings. we loved our dishes, glad we caught them before closing. Had ice cream and walked back to the falls for the night light show.
Fake hours. Don’t come here. Passed by at 745 on a Friday and it’s closed

Mmmmm icecream
Cute place and a good ice cream selection, but the place is filthy (the tables seem never to be cleaned) and finding the stand open is very hit-or-miss. More often than not, when I go there, there is an "On break, back soon" sign in the window. I once waited 25 minutes. I'm convinced they never actually return.
