Damn - the coffee is good! Visited Niagara Falls and came all the way down here to try Tim Hortons and it was worth it!Loved the coffee and the awesome customer service. Management needs to work on their food, it was very subpar, pastries were great!
Poor customer service and the food is pretty bad especially their iced vanilla cold brew. Don't get that pls!
Wait times are unreasonable at this location. Inside and out are always full and staff doesn't seem to care how long it takes

They think this is an acceptable iced coffee to hand out the drive thru. Couldn’t even be bothered to mix it in. Not to mention staff always extremely rude and won’t even speak to you when coming through the drive thru.
I've been going there for a long time it's too bad my coffee is everyday at least 6 cups a day I get and it's always different LOL
Unorganized location. Broken machines. I dont remember what machine but a few people ahead of me couldnt order due to it. My order was completely wrong. Wrong size order of timbits and the ice cap tasted spoiled. Had to toss ice cap. Guess its the risk you take going anywhere in the falls.
Always a fan of coffee but they keep raising the price of a cup of coffee. Not a fan of that. Starting to become more of a treat than a daily routine
Ordered a xl tt tea got an XL tt coffee instead even told the lady when ordering it was tea not coffee receipt says tea and when picked up at the window lady handing to me said here's your tea
