I had horrible experience last night here. I went around 2:30 pm in the afternoon and the doors were closed. Then I went again during night at 9:00 pm and doors were closed again. So I ordered online just to save time and decided to drive through. I ordered chocolate chip muffin, chocolate croissant and coffee. At the window cashier told me that they don’t have chocolate chip muffin as well as croissant. I asked for boston cream or chocolate dip doughnut or carrot cake muffin or jalapeño bagel and literally they have none of these items. They let us wait for more than 15 minutes. Then the cashier told us to come back tomorrow. Obviously I can’t go tomorrow as I live in Toronto and went there for visit. They should hire enough people and order enough food so they could have adequate stock up. I recommend everyone not to go there because it’s just a waste of time and money at that location. Their customer service is also disgusting. Not recommended at all.
Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Ordered a bagel today (I was the only one in drive thru), waited 5 minutes, she comes to the window and says "oh you still haven't gotten your bagel?" ..when I get it, after 6 minutes of waiting, it's burnt to hell, and half of it is plain, which is what I ordered, the other half is sesame seed.. how? ?♀️
Needed a refund due to HAIR in my wrap..manager said because I order through drive through I had to go back through drive through...the line was very very long so I walked up to.tje drove through window and he said he couldnt serve me as I had to be in a car...the lady behind me let me get in her car to get my refund..TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! this took me over half hour and Shawn the manager is the one I was dealing with.would never go back!!!
Late night only trainees are working and no one to manage them. Passing wrong information, small size coffee cannot go in medium cup. And we said we always get it. He said thats what i have been taught so i cant do . We said you can ask other employee or supervisor, so said no only trainees working so thats what we can do .
If I could give 0 I would. Every single time I come here it’s around a 30 minute wait to get through 8 cars. I’ve never been to a slower drive thru in the falls. On top of that 9 times out of ten my order is wrong after they’ve had me repeat myself over the speaker 4-5 times. Just over all horrible.
Restrooms were closed, the girl was polite but the elderly women was very tough she said it will take a while and did not let us to use it
So rude here. I ordered 4 drinks. I pulled my mask off. I spoke VERY clearly. I had other people with me who heard me place my order. 4 drinks 2 Earl gray 1 green tea. They made 3 Earl gray. They hand it over and my boyfriend notices RIGHT AWAY. My Boyfriend kindly said hey this is made wrong. Could you please fix it tims guy refuses. And says it's not wrong.I go stand in a long line get back up I explain AGAIN. How the order was wrong and ask for it to be fixed. The girl is refusing.If tim hirtins messes up on a drink. They should fix it. Especially if it's their error and not the customers. And the customer service here. IS TERRIBLE. we just wanted the drinks we drink EVERYDAY from tim hortons. Will be avoiding this tim hortons from now on.
Coffee was delicious, made to order as requested.Turkey bacon Club was scrumptious, perfectly made with the right amount of toppings.Awesome job.
Careless staff. Not friendly. There was white old lady in cash that was impolite, grumpy and made us wrong sandwiches. Check your order carefully before taking it. Also they gave our order to someone else.
I have been to this place before , but the staff is not the same as earlier. Their employee SAKSHI was so rude , don't know how to talk to customer. When I told her that you are rude . She said OK ,thank you , shut the window on my face . Veryyyy rude and unprofessional behaviour. Before going to this place ..think twice ... don't expect good behaviour from certain employees their
