I use to love Tim's and spend a lot of money. However, ever since the ☕️ changed I stopped going cause I can't even take a sip without tossing the entire cup. Tastes like ?. ? ?
Drive through experience always awful! No one care to listen order properly, even putting into system, never got them right. And when you go inside to get rectify on floor supervisor particular Ms. Rajan shows filthy attitude and rude and said “its you problem we cant make a another one” even though it was her mistake. She doesn’t deserve to work in hospitality industry. If supervisor have that kind of attitude.. i think staff is also gonna train on such attitude. I hope store manager should look into such behaviour.

Standard Tim Hortons. I'm not sure if they still do chocolate mint donuts anywhere. The menu options and quality has gotten better over the last while. The prices of some of the soups and wraps etc are a bit high but not unreasonable.
Very, very disappointed. I was in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and I have NEVER heard of a place that doesn't have room temp water available. There is no way that they store all of them in the fridge. Rude and bad customer service. Email has been sent to head office as well.
It's my very first visit at this location, Archna dealt really nice with me and make me a perfect cup of coffee. I will definitely visit Again.
Twice my drinks have spilled all over my carpet because the staff like to squeeze the things in the tray that hold the cup straight. I’m angry this is the second time it’s happened to me. All they did was offer replacement of my drinks nothing about the cleaning of my entryway carpet

Worst experience . Ordered 4 steap te with 3 milk and 2 sugar . All tastes like water just garbage so have to throw that all. Other thing they forgot to add hash browns in the bag then we have to walk in again to ask for missing item. Plus had coupon in the app no idea why did got applied even after getting items as per the coupon and scanned.
Slow but great service person to person
