It’s rare that I give franchise locations more than 3 starts but considering this stores in the Fallsview Casino Resort and the have kept their prices fairly reasonable they deserve some credit here because everyone else is price gauging.
Quick service and clean. Went there several times during our stay during the Victoria Day long weekend. The long could be long sometimes, but the trick is to do mobile order, and skip the long line.
I ordered an Iced Capp with extra cream and it came out like this, normally at other locations it’s blended properly and not this dark… I asked them to remake it because it was definitely not what I ordered and the workers were like I probably didn’t blend it properly that’s so unprofessional and it wasn’t even busy I don’t even trust that this iced capp is safe to drink
People mostly lining up on drive thru but their in person service are faster in taking orders too. Most of their foods are available for selection and they have staff who greeted every customer upon arriving at the counter.
Save your money and go somewhere else!Possibly the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. All the staff working at the time of our visit had a negative attitude, and gave extremely poor customer service (to not only us, but all the other customers waiting in line too).- Was told they were out of chilli then when waiting in line for our order, there was people after us who were being served chilli- Instead of chilli we ordered a large chicken noodle soup and was served a medium, didn’t even bother to bring it back- Ordered a grilled cheese and was served grilled cheese with bacon which I can’t eat, so had to go back and waited almost 20 minutes for a new one- The new grilled cheese was extremely thin and flat with barely any cheese, burnt, and tasted like a greasy grill (it went right into the garbage, I didn’t want to go back a second time)$18 for a medium chicken noodle soup, a grilled cheese that was inedible, an apple juice and bottle of Powerade.We will never be returning to this location.
Not satisfied with the dark cold coffee because I ordered as the cashier said that coffee mix with milk but was not added and mentioned that it was supposed to be Milk, yet I had to add 18% cream. Plus my friend ordered 4 Cheese bagel with cream cheese and it was burnt so she took it back to show at cash registeration comments that Yes i can see how burnt the bagle is and gave my friend new one.
Quick service. Usually a busier location as its right at food court where Fallsview casino is. Friendly staff and lots of selection with food (bagels, muffins, donuts)
Today ..one of the employee there was kind of rude ...She thanks my for leaving the garage on the table when i see it garage was on the side of the napkins..lolThat NOT belong to me ..( just being nice ...and get attitude !!!
A convenient location at the Fallsview Casino. They had a line of about 5 customers to order and about 8 customers waiting for food/coffee. The lines were all gone and customers taken care of within 10 minutes. They were rather fast. The guy taking orders was very friendly and professional. My order was slightly incorrect, so if you order something special you may want to double check your order before leaving. There is an area you can sit and eat or drink directly across from the restaurant. Also, just a few steps away outside you can have a great view of the falls.
I would say nice customer service. When I went there there was no lineup. It can be frustrating sometimes if there is a lineup but overall I ll give 5 stars to employees. 1. Fresh coffee2. Good customer skills 3. Fresh food 4. A lot of donuts and muffin options. What else you expect ??
