This location does not serve food after 9PM, only pastries and drinks. Is this an actual joke? This is the only Tim Hortons in a super-dense, high-traffic, tourist area. I really wonder how competent the managing staff/owner must be. They must be losing an absolute fortune turning away hundreds of hungry customers at night.
Why is Tim Hortons so popular? Poor staff is so overworked and the quality of the food is not great and it was expensive for the quality. The one one good thing was the sour cream donut, it wasn’t super sweet despite it being glazed.

The employees were very rude. I understand they have a busy morning but when we asked for a spoon and napkins they were in a bad mood. If you go somewhere, you should feel comfortable enough to ask for help. Not here. Also the coffee is bad, we didn’t go to Starbucks excited to try Tim Hortons but regret it. The coffee is milk! Shame such a mediocre spot in a touristy place.
Horrible experience, will never be back again to this Tim Hortons. 3 of my items were missing and one item I never ordered. The service was absolutely trash and it took much too long for this to be the case. I had only ordered a total of 2 soups but somehow I paid for a chicken noodle I never asked for? Ha. The cashier or the person serving me was the issue because she looked half dead and she did not want to be there. The girl that had the mess with her hair and from a lack of a better word doesn’t know how to perform her job properly.
Bought a 2 breakfast sandwichs with bacons, but its like less then half a strip, when i asked the stuff they said well it should be 2 strips but they cut one strip into half and it is what it is and thats all we will put, its not free so I expect to get what i payed for… i waited in line like everyone else I appreciate they are a hard working stuff but still you get what you pay for regardless if your busy or not…
I read they use processed cheese on their sandwiches. I don't like that. My sandwich wasn't that hot either. It was just warm. Their flavored syrup tasted like sugar free syrup. I am so used to Dunkin' coffee and breakfast. One thing that looked appetizing but I didn't get were their donuts.
Food and service is satisfactory. Condition of bathroom was a joke. Niagara falls and especially Clifton Hill is a well known tourist area.
Staff are very friendly and fast. There was a line and they went thru it pretty quick. Weekends are busy but that is expected for a tourist area.
Staff is very courteous n fast. The doughnuts & bagels here are by far the best ones I've had at any Tims ever anywhere. Fat n fluffy n flavorful. Every Timmies should make them like they do here. I took pics of them so you could compare. Awesome job. Thanks Clifton Hill Tim's.
