Interesting crowd, but more importantly the employees were friendly and my ice capp was delicious.
The worst timhortons I have ever been to, the most arrogant employees that have no idea how to serve customers, they all speak east indian while taking someones order which is extremely rude because no one knows what they are talking about, so you have to repeat yourself multiple times because they are to busy gabbing away, and not to mention the rediculas wait times, making customers wait 20 min in line because they don't know how to work as team, to busy laughing and talking Jibberish, it's okay to speak a different language but it's not okay to have a conversation with other employees while taking an order and laughing, making the customer feel like they are being laughed at, disgusting behavior.....
Disgustingly dirty. I was approached by two men who swarmed me when I was walking up to the door to get in. I felt trapped. It was the wrong door. These creepy men demanded me to buy some old disgusting smelly mini fridge. They said its my duty as a citizen to give them money. I flat out refused as I attempted to get away. Then they jumped in front of me and asked me for cigarettes and joints. I do not do drugs. I was in fear at this point for my safety. When I was finally able to find the door to get in. I waited 10 minutes to be served by some rude employee. I told her what happened and her response was totally shocking. She said they get them all the time and I should be more compassionate. Wow!Firstly, compassionate I am but I lose respect and my manners when I am yelled and screamed at because I didn't want to give my money to them. I usually help when I can. I felt very intimidated by these men. They were aggressive, disrespectful, demanding and rude. I don't give the time of day to people who behave in an unruly behavior.I was visiting Niagara falls as a tourist. I won't be visiting that Tim Hortons during my next trip
NOT 24/7 DESPITE WHAT IT SAYS HERE! make sure u dont rely on that. Only drive thru and takeout is 24/7. No dine-in, they'll kick you out right at 12 amAlso like others mentioned, always sketchy crowd hanging about. It's like they're friends cuz they let them hang about and use their stuff but not letting customers. Very curious
Lots of homeless :( But staff was friendly.
A franchise cafe serving donut coffee and fast food. The place is clean and tidy. Friendly service.
All the donuts of tim Hortons are a bit too sweet. I will love it if they are not that much sweeter. Everything else is just Fab❤
When they agree to fund all children for camp I'll spend money here again. I don't support discrimination against children.
There is only 2 Tim Hortons in the falls that I never have a problem with getting my order right!! Either something is not punched in or I get something i didn't order...or I have to repeat what I said at the menu board about removing my tea bag NOT to mention you can't understand what the order taker is even saying to you!!
Always crackheads hanging out at the front door that they nothing about and always curdled milk/cream in the ice caps. Bring your money elsewhere, maybe support local, atleast they wont use curdled milk/cream.
