Most of the time the is some sort of issue at this location. This time I ordered 3 items in the mobile app and get to the location to pick up my order and I'm informed they are out of 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Thankfully they substituted the items but if they were out then the options shouldn't have been in the app.
The staff here seems like they are mentally handicapped. Waited over 40 minutes for 4 items because half of the food was incorrect or missing. When asking about our before it was handed, they could not even match to the order number. Guy just mumbled and gave up, putting the bag down on the table and walking away to do more pointless mundane tasks. Literally waited over an hour inside for my order while they gave the drive thru priority... I know that's usually the case, but when you have 15+ people inside waiting for their orders for over 40+ minutes, you should probably prioritize those orders. I cut the staff some slack as their manager walked out on them, but many if them were just standing around while the 15+ customers and myself waited an unacceptable amount of time for our food. Many of us wanted refunds but they flat out refused stating they "didn't know how". After all this waiting, they ended up "losing our order" and were forced to write it down on a piece of paper. Total wait time was over an hour. Like the other reviews said, this place needs a serious overhaul, more staff, and better/quicker service to even warrant going here and giving it the title of "fast food".
First time in Niagara falls. So the girl at the window completely forgot to push our order through so we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes AFTER reaching the window to get handed our food. She didn't hand us our food for another 5 minutes after it was in her hand because she was flirting with the other workers who COMPLETELY messed up all the things on our order because they were too busy flirting back. Never been to a worse taco bell. Never had my order so messed up or waited longer.
My daughter and I visit this Taco Bell often. They are usually swamped! Nevertheless, the staff is always polite and friendly. They have missed a few items on our takeout orders in the past, but even with a short staff (due to covid) and their incredible popularity, these guys do a great job!?
Why do people have to be so rude? Boyfriend went and picked us up dinner after a crazy long day. Neither of us have been to taco bell in well over two years. Asked for something only to be met with, "quit living in the past we haven't had that in years." A simple no would've been answer enough. Their drink machines were apparently all broken and they put a sign up on the electronic menu board that made it impossible to see at midnight due to the back illumination. Got met with more attitude when asking about drinks, "can't you read?" As if that wasn't enough, order was messed up. Got tomato when asked for none. Thanks taco bell, this is why we don't come here.
Love taco bell. But this is the worst I ever had. Ordered 2 beef crunch wraps. It was all wrap and a spoonful of meat. Not exaggerating. You pay for the shells and nothing else. 4/5 2222
One time I decided to come to this Taco Bell location during my lunch break because I had a gift card that was given to me for my birthday. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break at my work so I figured this place would work because it's fast food, right? WRONG!!! After placing my order, I waited 25 minutes and STILL did not get my food while there were people ahead of me in line who were still waiting for their food. I knew that I wouldn't get my food in time before I had to return back to work let alone have time to eat. So I had to cancel my order and request a refund and left the place empty handed and had to go back to work on an empty stomach. If I had continued to wait for my food, my total wait time would likely be at least 45 minutes and my work would probably write me up for taking an unauthorized extended lunch break. If you work at a job that only allows you 30 minutes for your lunch break, stay far away from this place. You will likely not receive your order in time and have to go back to work hungry. Sit down restaurants literally have wait times shorter than this "fast food" restaurant.
Waited in line for 35 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Cashier had no idea where my food was. After arguing with other staff for 10 minutes he gave me half the wrong order. 5 layer burrito no beans extra beef literally came out extra beans no beef. Gave me someone else's taco also.
This specific location has consistently failed to successfully complete an order correctly for myself and coworker every time we order through doordash. Sometimes they send 12 tacos you didn’t order when you didn’t even order 1, or sometimes they just send 3 when you order nacho fries and quesadillas….. “momma always said life was like ordering from Taco Bell on the BLVD, you never know what you’re gonna get” .
