Just went and got 2 hot dogs and Mac salad and potato salad!!! Best hot dogs around. Great service! Good salads! Better than Ted’s omg and so fairly priced!!! Definitely going there again!!! Awesome!!!

I enjoyed a hotdog here and staff were friendly. Outdoor seating was simple yet it was covered from the blazing sun.
They went above and beyond when they had no reason to. My wife needed to eat before taking her meds and we showed up 20 minutes before they opened. Staff there understood what we needed and as they could have sent us anywhere else for food that was open at the time, they did not. They took my order and promptly made it. My wife loved the delicious food she got and I could not be any happier with the service we received. I did not get any names or I would be praising them personally. However I'm sure they know whom they are. Thank you girls so much. We will be returning tomorrow night for dinner with the family. You have created life long customers out of us.
Great location but the food is less than mediocre. Buns were hard, cheese sauce for the fries was cold, and the chocolate milk was warm. Also, the prices on their site are incorrect, they have gone way up. My family will not go back.
So I must say ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I needed to take my meds and I have not been home in 7 yrs seen that they were open for the season and stopped . We were 20 min early to them opening and the staff took my order. Not saying that this should be habit but it was amazing that the staff was generous enoungh and severed me and gave me my taste of home and I took my meds and I was on my way . Thank you so very much to reminding me of why Sullivan's yall are so very important to our community not only your AMAZING FOOD BUT THE STAFF so I tip my hat to yall with the up most respect and politeness they have in a world full of anger . So thank you lady's yall truly made my day .
Owner has a temperamental personality. Willing to give the benefit of the doubt early in the season, hoping for improvement by the end of the season and I will adjust my rating.
What a MAGICAL place!!!!!!! i remember my first year up here and i was desperate for a chargrilled Sahlens' hot dog and it was during the thick of Covid. I found Sullivans but it was closed and I was soooooo bummed because from the storefront I could tell this was THE PLACE i was looking for.fast forward, i'm on the same hunt, realize it's 2022 and things have changed and looked it up with tentatively positive results.... made my way over and BINGO!not only was the food PERFECT but the staff was like out of ANOTHER WORLD! customer service in general is such an underrated component to too many businesses, ignored, despite it being NECESSARY. The staff at Sullivans was incredible and I'm horrible with grabbing names but with I had in this instance because i'd love to track down the owners. The woman at the counter taking orders was sooooo pleasant and helpful given I was trying to figure out the menu, etc, and using a card for a purchase under $10. She said it was no problem but I've worked in retail and food service management and understand! Next time I plan to have cash though since I couldn't add a tip which disappointed me, that's something for management to consider if possible for card orders. I know the debate about tips but it would be cool to be an option for those wanting to.Another note. There was a customer with a dog. It wasn't requested but staff offered water and comes out with a DOG BOWL of fresh water!!!!! It was that extra service, especially as it wasn't necessarily a dangerously hot day, we're talking April 22, that shows the heart of the staff.
Horrible $30.00 bucks down the drain I just bit into a raw cheeseburger like it was grilled on each for 30sec then chesse put on it then in a bun.... can't get a hold anybody to talk to called a couple times will never go there again
Great place . Food is great, ice cream great family atmosphere. Shawn the owner does a wonderful job.
