Five stars! Here at 5 on a Wednesday...food and service was excellent. Unique experience. Wish they were in the southern states
Off the tourist restaurant area and located in a quiet neighborhood, we came for dinner on Friday night after making a last minute reservation. Place was busy with mostly locals. We all had the hibachi which was very good. Nice plate presentation. Food was fresh and delicious except for the steak which was a bit over cooked. Unfortunately they do not have hibachi table so you cannot sit and witness the spectacle. They cook the hibachi in the back kitchen. Chocolate mousse was light and airy. Would recommend.
A solid 4.5 stars! We ordered a variety of sushi rolls - all of which came out perfectly! We also ordered vegetable fried rice in a pineapple and that was insanely good! All the vegetables in the fried rice still we’re crisp and had a bite them nothing was over cooked. Our waitress was good spirited and our food came out quickly. The prices were fair considering how big the specialty rolls were. If you’re anywhere in the Niagara Falls area, this is about 10 to 12 minutes away and well worth the trip! You can tell it’s good because a lot of locals go there and it’s in a neighborhood shopping district not in the tourist section. Next time we’re passing by we will definitely eat here… Probably more than once! If you agree don’t forget to give us a thumbs up! All of this great sushi and fried rice and the bill was just near $40!I honestly have to say this is some of the best food we’ve had during our stay in the area. We found it by accident and I’m so glad we did!
The pace was clean, service was good. Vegetable rolls were delicious. My son had Himalayan combo was great. We did enjoy food as well as atmosphere.
We’re visiting from Texas, and this is one of the best places we’ve eaten on our trip. We highly recommend the Pineapple Fried Rice, Filet and Lobster Tail. The tiramisu was an excellent dessert. They have gluten free and lactose free options. I got the Pineapple Fried Rice gluten free with the GF soy sauce. Nikki was an amazing waitress. Highly recommend!!!
A fun menu with a little bit of everything for Asian food lovers plus raw oysters which we love and are always excellent here. Sushi offerings are great, very fresh. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Moderately priced and family friendly. Stone strip steak was superb. Bonus, we saw a rainbow from our window there tonight, what a nice omen?
Tried a side of noodles, the Big King Roll, Viking Roll, Rock n Roll, the Eel avocado, and the mint sparkling lemonade. We loved every bite. Nice presentation. Good value for money. Very nice staff, too.
DELICIOUS! The service was wonderful and the food was GREAT. I loved the calamari and the Las Vegas roll.
The sushi was really good. The stone cooking was a bit odd. Could really use more options to add to the steak to bring out the flavor. But a really creative way to eat. Really enjoyed the novelty of it.
Happy Valentine's Day, this would be the second time going to Steakstone and Sushi and Was an amazing experience we started off with Gyoza (Pork and chicken dumplings) the sauce that came with this was so ?? I of course had to get the hot ? as always a great drink to have ended up with 2 while wife has mellow yellow. For our Entered we ended up getting the Love Boat for 2 (Pictures posted) we Subbed the Spicy Tuna for the white tuna Jalapeno and cucumber roll. I also ordered a filet mignon on the 800° rock ??? I can still taste house delicious everything tasted. We had Zach as our server . But I also think the head manager also checked up on us which he did before as well. At the point where I want to extend my palate and this is the perfect place to begin. Also recommend the rewards program if you are going to enjoy the closest thing to a Japanese style restaurant as your going to get here in the states.
