Friendly staff and quick service
Friendly staff. The guy who made my drink was new and made me a latte instead of the crème I ordered but another crew member came and cleared it up and they remade it for free with no fuss and let me keep the latte. Drinks are normal quality for Starbucks. It was a short wait to order and they made the drinks fairly quickly.
Stood in line for almost 10 mins, and the employee announced at 8pm he was closed and asked everyone to leave. Unbelievable. There were several other people in line with me. All of us had to leave.
stood at the counter an hour before they said it was closed online. heard people in the back talking thought maybe they’d come right out. was waiting at least 20 minutes before someone came out and said we were closed.. either update the time on the website or put up a sign. just seems like they close whenever they want too because this isn’t the first second or third time this has happened to me
The people that work here seem like they have never gotten adequate training, I’m here often and the last few months have been terrible. Also always short staffed .. I get not needing too many people because of the location but 1 person ?!?
I ordered a Venti caramel Frappuccino with Java chips once I got my drink it has no Java chips I told the girl name Alex I ordered mine with Java chips she said it’s not supposed to have Java chips and you can’t have Java chips I always order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks I’m very disappointed face when she told me I can’t have what I want which is what I always have poor customer service
Took them 30 minutes to just take orders of five people
