Clean friendly staff, excellent coffee
The staff of this Starbucks are always so kind and friendly, I have no complaints other than the extremely long drive thru wait, I understand all of the drinks are handcrafted but I really just wish there was a way to speed up the drive thru process and not have to wait 15-20 mins for an order of 2 things.Once again love the staff and my orders are always made to perfection! But I just can’t justify the wait times.
If a client asked in they coconut strawberries drink with 12 scoops of strawberries, please keep the way client ask and don’t insult our intelligence! Upset!

PSA to all my fellow Starbuck’s lovers…please check your beverages before leaving this location. I have had to have my drinks remade multiple times.Yesterday, ordered a London Fog Latte, half sweet, drove 30min and took a sip to find it was just an Earl Grey tea, no Vanilla syrup or dairy. So disappointing.

We went through drive thru the lovely person at the window was amazing! They asked us where we were from and gave us background on our favorite hat shop in Niagara-on-the-lake. Great experience.
Service was amazing, and my order was perfect!
