Waited over 20 minutes for an order, kept waiving/trying to get employees attention, just to be ignored. Nikita the store manger will not help you, he just gets argumentative and frustrated.
Drive through ordered a brown sugar oat shaken espresso, location montrose and throlod stone road. Niagara Falls.. Specifically asked for light on ice. The order came with Extra ice in it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL..

Im a Starbucks fan, I am more than willing to pay the extra $$ for the consistency and customer service that they provide. This location's drive-thru is HORRIBLE. Not in terms of staff or service, just the physical location/entrance of it. You get cars trying to enter it from all directions because it is without prominent signage and it is a MESS.
I tried Pistachio coffee. I don’t like the take… but yes I really appreciate the employees for explaining me each n everything… well educated and friends staff… definitely visit again to try something else…
Today is my 50th birthday and I wanted to redeem my free birthday drink that is only valid for one day. I went to the Montrose Road location and it was closed and then I drove to the Kalar Road location and it was closed. So I went all the way to the Victoria Avenue location and when I ordered my drink and went to redeem my birthday reward, they would not take it. So much for my free birthday drink…..I ended up paying $6.33. Disappointed.
