Starbucks mobile app is So Cool!, I know other establishments give u the same convenience, lol still it feels better f.s.r...anyway for the first time after only about 5times now...this was the 1st time at the Niagara falls location, that when I walked in and it looked like my coffee was sitting waiting on me before time a joyous surprise!...another win for the mobile app...yet to be fair to the other locations it was during the week at busier times of the day...and this was a Sunday yet still it was busy! Special Kudos 2da Niagara falls location Staff on Sundays!
Always get my order accurately quick here! I also do prefer mobile order.
Worker gave attitude because I ordered a drink with oat milk and it was made wrong the first time, definitely not happy, I expect better when I’m paying $8 for coffee.
Typical service as of late. $6 drink with only half the cup filled..... Slow

The Starbucks has good prices on regular coffees and high prices on specialty drinks (lattes etc). The food is good, but again more expensive than other fast food. The service at this location is on par with any other Starbucks I've been to. There are healthy options, but you're going to pay for them.
This particular location isn't the best due to the fact that they always seem to have limited ingredients - especially when you don't consume animal products. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, however I cannot recommend the establishment sadly.
closed at least 6 times when i go out of my way to go get coffee with no explanation and says it’s open on the app. very annoying but good coffee good workers
