Please hire more employees. I wasted my 20 mins for one tall iced lemonade.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been - staff are rude and mobile pickup is not allowed at this location, not to mention they charge extra for drinks and water.
I got a diluted mocha, this should be shut down. I’d give a 0 star if I could.
Ok i get it its a covid world - but i have a medical history and wanted to take a leak real bad - even after requesting thrice ( while stating the reason) ... the staff ( i think the store manager ) did not budge and she didn't allow me to use the washroom .where is your Humanity !!! n yes yes please close the washrooms due to covid and Hygiene reasons, but please be human to people with special needs in my case medical history ... never Going again to #STARBUCKS!
My previous review has been deleted as I shared my disappointing experience at this location.I got charged for destination fake tax and only when I asked why one coffee and 1 hot tea come out to $15 I been told that. I requested to remove it as I am no tourist and do not think customers can be abused to this extend.I have already let everyone I know about this disgusting experience and will continue to warn people.
Like the other reviews they charge double and i ordered an ice water and they wanted to charge me ..... the women working grimaced and said they charge for the cups.... ok so for me I dont care but that policy is very anti homeless, so sad. I know Starbucks is a huge corp. but even in bad neighbourhoods in downtown Toronto the workers are compassionate and accommodating to the houseless population there.It's one thing to have franchises its another for franchise owners value to be so far off from what the brand speaks about
The WORST Starbucks location that I have ever been to. So unprofessional. I feel so bad for the staff having to work with the pregnant manager. I watched the manager scream at an employee. She was so rude when I asked questions about the products
Fake starbucks, not actually part of starbucks. Make up their own crazy prices and rules. Don’t expect a free drink on your birthday
license store. drinks are different from real Starbucks. charges .50 cents for ice water.
Nice young lady working the register. Great coffee.
