Highly over-priced compared to other Starbucks in Niagara or outside of Niagara. But it's Niagara, tourist town, they can get away with it and its in the Sheraton so they know they will get people to pay their prices but trust me, they have marked them up at least $3 more than regular prices.
I ordered a egg breakfast sandwich WITHOUT meat and the person at the counter said he'll make sure no meat but ended up including bacon anyway. When I went back he offered refund but completely unapologetic. They probably don't care because this is a tourist spot and might not see the customer again.
Drinks were good. We were told it's "not part of Starbucks corporation", so you can't get any points for purchases there. Not exactly sure why...
Located inside the Sheraton but easily assessable from the street. This location is clean and we got our food and drinks quickly.

Starbucks overall is very consistent. This location did not take Stars, which was disappointing. Otherwise everything was fine.
Great stuff as always. Fast. Tasty. Drinks were perfect. Sandwiches and treats were very good. Staff was nice also.

Usual friendly Barista's very patient while I struggled to login to my account.The decor seemed like an upgrade to the average store's decor. It had a mural that was carved into a wood wall that was truly a work of art.I didn't see a Starbucks dedicated WiFi but the attached hotel had one available.
