Franklin and the other gentleman at the front were great. The Trout was good, but the burger was amazing. Was the juiciest, most flavorful burger I think we ever had. And the deserts were a perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Hope to go back again soon!

We had the most lovely dinner here. The food was excellent. Shrimp n Grits was a winner! The peanut butter dessert was too good to describe. Wait staff was superb. Price was so cheap!!

This place is fantastic! The food is so so good, especially considering the price!I had the BLT Naan Flatbread, the Trout with asparagus, and the chocolate peanut butter pyramid. All were delicious!!

This is a training restaurant for the Barnes and Noble Culinary School. The menu is "Prix Fix" so it's a set price menu but with a great selection. $30 for adults and $8 for kids but your will get a full meal which includes an appetizer, entree, and desert per person. I had Shrimp and grits and My wife had the Trout. Both were great. The kids meals are huge, we took most of it home. This is a great experience and will beat any of the food trucks in the area. Food trucks were charging $15+ for their mediocre food!!! Go support!!

Excellent spot to go while in the area… local school runs it… Everyone so friendly and the food is phenomenal!!! Would definitely go back while in the area

Wow! Make your reservations here asap if you are ever to travel to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed a wonderful 3 course dinner for $25 per person (plus drinks). The food is cooked and served by students at the Culinary Institute - - and they do an incredible job! They don't take tips, but they do accept donations that in turn go to a scholarship fund for the students. All our courses were very well cooked with beautiful presentations, with excellent service to match!

We enjoyed our dinner visit at Savor - the students do a wonderful job at meal presentation! And the three cours meal choices we chose were both delicious!

We had a fabulous dinner at Savor restaurant (culinary school in Niagara Falls). The salmon and steak was seasoned and cooked just right. We love stickey toffee pudding and ordered it for dessert- very yummy. The service was top notch and we were not rushed. Call for reservations for lunch or dinner. We will go again.

This is quite a busy restaurant so do book. Some portions are huge, especially the burgers, but others are a sensible size, especially when you are served three courses. The environment is great. All the food is of high quality, well presented and tastes good. What’s more is that most of the staff are learning about hospitality or how to be chefs etc, and any tip you leave goes towards a graduate scheme. It’s great that there are members of staff overseeing the students, and picking up on the small details the students may miss. So don’t expect perfection as this is a learning environment, but at such good value it’s a great place to eat.

This was probably the best meal I had on my visit to the USA. For a teaching institute with students serving and cooking I would say it was amazing… the food and service put most other restaurants to shame. What a brilliant concept and a terrific meal that was superb value for money. If I could I would eat here every week!
