The bar tender/ worker was pleasant and we ordered some fish dinners and a pizza roll meal,we even ordered a drink at the bar while we waited. We took them( the fish dinners) back to my Aunt who lives next door and has lived there for over 40 years. Additional family members wanted to order haddock dinners and all of a sudden the bar/ kitchen was closed. We stood outside and watched the bartender/ workers drag the sign inside and turned the lights down while other people were still inside watching the college football games. Apparently their close friends. While waiting outside at my aunts house 2 ladies walked up to the bar wanting to go in and was shocked that it was closed. Not sure if Rose's and sons had a back entrance but one thing is for sure. They missed out on some money for the rest of the evening because they apparently closed down early instead of just saying the kitchen is closed for the night!

Food is in freezer and doesn't taste that great heated up
Family owned and operated since. 1950 Great place for fish fry or just nice people to socialize with.
