Popeyes is always legit. I love how light the breading is & how the grease is clean tasting. Rice & beans were very good but spicy chicken sandwich is my jam!
First time I got my food it was greasy. I'm not picky and thought hey maybe it was a bad day. Yesterday i got the game meal again and the only thing warm was my biscuits, they sandwich and fries were COLD. Never again at this location, go to any other one in buffalo.
Spent $97.00 today and the order for the 16pc family had 8 wings, 1 breast, 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs! We specifically asked for no wings! This is the last time I order at this location. This is the 3rd time they've treated us like peasants, acting like they are doing us a favor taking our money! Thus is the worst Popeyes ever! They should be closed down. The sides of macaroni and cheese we ordered in addition were disgusting! The cheese was old and hard, should not have been set Ed to the public! I fully intend to contact corporate headquarters tomorrow morning. Popeye's will never see another penny of my money if they allowing franchised to run like this!
First time there. Wasn't impressed with it.Cole slaw was warm, gravy was to spicy.Chicken was ok. Our biscuits were hard.KFC, has it all over them.
Took 24 minutes for three cars (I was the third car) to get through the drivethrough. This location usually has slow service but never this slow. And there are evenings when they aren’t open until their posted hours. Disappointing.
Only giving 3 stars because of the useless wing pieces. I would get a 2 piece and throw the wing away so I than decided to get a 3 piece to get a better meat option because i was hungry and received 2 wings and one small breast piece..this world hates me lol other than the wing pieces being unwanted, I am surprised how juicy the meat is. Just avoid the chicken strips..they are basically just crunchy jerky lol
Prices went up but the food is still excellent, chicken sandwich is always always a must, got to try one of their baskets and don't forget the macaroni and cheese, Mmmmm C H E E S Y...I don't even care about paying the extra dollar or two it is very much worth every penny of it.
Not a fan of the fries, I think they’re over cooked but that’s just my opinion. The chicken and potatoes were great, as was the service. I love the BBQ sauce. Just a bit pricey for me. Otherwise, great!
Drive thru was busy. Staff was polite. Got the order correct. Very happy with my experience.
Ordered chicken tenders and Cajun fries. The fries weren't hot and they seemed to be old. The tenders were really good. The service could improve.
