ATTN: Most 5 reviews are from Bots/fake accounts. Check their profiles, they only review the two Papa John’s in the area with similar overwhelming reviews.Nobody in the history of NF has ever gone to this new location and claimed it as best pizza in the city. Their quality is as fraudulent as their 5 star review bots.Bleh would be considered an improvement to quality. I will not go back..Literally Google any Pizza place in the county and you’ll have superior quality pizza. Heck there’s a nice family owned restaurant Broadway’s Pizza, excellent NY style slices. The family is from Brooklyn, I believe.Wherever you choose, don’t waste a penny on this gross Papa John’s, you can do so much better.
Super fast delivery. I got my order delivered within 25 minutes of placing order. Driver , Mr. Russell was so polite, gentle and helpful. Pizza was delicious, hot. These guys know how to do their business.
After having the worst week of many fore in 2021, Papa Johns with late-night delivery just made this week a whole lot better! Many thanks to the delivery guy ?.!!Highly recommend the Jalapeno Poppers!!
Ordered through the app. Said about 50-60 minutes. No problem. Tracking the order it says it’s delivered, go outside, nothing. Thinking it was delivered to wrong address, I call, get told it hasn’t been delivered yet, it will be there in 5 minutes. Why put that it’s delivered if it wasn’t. Get told the delivery person is new. 20 minutes later it finally comes, the 2 liters of soda we ordered are missing. The poor delivery girl was like I’m going to have to go back and get them. So I call again and I ask for a manager, get told there isn’t one, I explain that the order was missing and it’s now been 30 minutes more since it was “delivered” this guy just didn’t care. Very ignorant. So I’m like I’ll talk to a manager tomorrow, what’s your name, after three times asking, he’s like “ John” then proceeds to tell me I talk too much and hangs up on me. Glad delivery girl confirmed that no “John” works there. Won’t order again from here ever. And food wasn’t even good, which makes this worse.

Said they never got an online order (we had email confirmation). We placed it for our daughters birthday party. So happy we called to check. Ended up getting from a local place. More reliable and communicate clearly.
I usually do not give bad reviews or negative one's to businesses and food restaurant s. However, Always first time.Explain..I am in wheelchair, Also deaf. with that said.What happen was uncalled for. As soon as I rolled in, I got ignore, One guy in back and the other fussing with order(pickup or call in order).I wait, I wait and when One guy desided,, Findley wait on me with look ..That you get when your about to be discriminated..Ask very simple, You have slices..Hands me a menu. I Had to pull out my phone, use my phone spell it out.. Have slices. I get back a look where as he. S##### and rudely says No.Even being deaf you can tell that NO was as saying F U.When I moved to Syracuse I love Papa John's, more than Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, and SU pizza shop. BUT after this experience, NOT EVER will I Go to Papa John's again..Sorry, but if you have that kind of attitude for handicapped people..And from seeing other reviews, You do it to everyone.Should post sign says so.Seeing other reviews after posting this one.I think time report this PAPA John's to main or local Head Office, Before they end up giving Papa John's a bad reputation..If they fail this bad, They don't need to insulate public and Reputation of great establishment.
I ordered an x large shaq pizza and it was average. What they need to learn is that there x large is what we in wny consider a large, get with it papa johns.
Horrible customer service order online got charge said they got nothing even after I showed them. So I had to order twice CHARGED TWICE order plain 8 wings with honey garlic on the side they mess it up and put it on them. Then they say can’t put it on the side so I ask for garlic on the side he said do it yourself get home WRONG AGAIN GAVE ME barbecue sauceVery unprofessional No accountability and very high language barrier issue
Rude staff after burning the food and having to return it. Was afraid they might spit in our food.
