Love Panera, but this location has major issues with staffing. They close at random times and lately they keep their drive-thru shut down so you have to go inside.
They closed early today and the manager came out to let me know. All I wanted was my large unlimited sips, so she brought my drink out to me. The staff here is second to none!
Broccoli cheddar soup was pretty good and so was my chicken sandwich but, my girlfriend and I had chunks of old food on our silverware…. So it’s safe to say I will never be eating inside the store ever again.
My order was fine but every part of my poor girlfriends was messed up. Her sandwich had no mayonnaise when she asked for extra and there was miscellaneous noddles and lettuce in food that should not have contained either. This implies a dirty workstation with cross contamination.
Did a online order and picked it up pizza didn't have extra sauce because it's not the best, nor the soup was right. SMH. Lazy. Well there not the only so-called popular place not getting orders right & people want more pay what a joke.
Not impressed. A "toasted" bagel should have at least a little bit of browned, toasted bread. Didn't ask for a bagel warmed up. Do better. Cream cheese is weird. One, they should put the cream cheese on the bagel, but since I had to do that myself I got to see the cream cheese. It was cold, but had the consistency of sour cream. It kinda tasted like cream cheese. Souffle was good. This used to be my place to get a bagel every once and a while. Used to be
Wifes grill cheese was basically warm bread with cheese, tomato soup tasted like cheap ketchup. My chefs signature chicken sandwich was cold before I even got to the table, and over six bucks for a half cup up Mac and cheese was a disappointment. We won't be back, a complete waste of thirty bucks.
Overpriced for something I could have made at home myself better. I ordered the half size turkey avocado blt. I got soggy dicamillo bread, with a chunk of avocado and shredded turkey thrown in with an unnecessary amount of mayonnaise just glopped on top. It was gross. $10 for slop.
The hit water for tea was just lukewarm. You could hang meat in the ladies room. and the prices are very high.
I'm never one to post negative reviews, but I made an order at 10am.for delivery at 1PM. Got an email at 12:30 that they were canceling my order with no explanation. I called to find out way. They couldn't tell me, but said that there was a second identical order that wasn't cancelled(?) They said it was scheduled to be delivered between 1 and 1:15. 1:15 came and went. I called again at 1:30. They told me it had been picked up by Door Dash and were very rude to me. I have no way of even trying to trace the driver/order - if it even existed. It is now 2:15 and never showed up. I called them and was told that I needed to take this up with Door Dash. How does one do that when I was never provided an order number or tracking number? Six months pregnant and no food. I have worked customer service my entire life and am very disappointed in how I was treated and how this has (or hasn't) been handled.
