Ribeye steak was perfect and the service was fantastic
Great staff, couldn’t be better. Food wasn’t that great, the food I ordered tonight: Blooming Onion, their sweet potato fries and the chicken in their new dish Blooming Fried Chicken appeared to have been fried with the same old oil. All three had the taste of food fried with old cooking oil and the breaded chicken was a bit dry. The side dishes Pilaf rice the baked potato soup and my wife dinner TOOWOOMBA TOPPING were great, I end up eating the rest of her dish. I mentioned to the waitress and she apologized for the quality of the food. Too pricey for not a great meal.
Not really a review on the the food. We have gone thru the pricy menu a few times .. 10 mins passed and still no one served us. So we have just left. Most likely the tourist season is finally back and waiters seems to be newly hired ...
1st time at Outback. When I had seen the prices, I almost left the place. But my better half said we should try it.We ordered small... 2 appetizers, a Caeser salad and waters to drink. (the blooming onion and the calamari) The portion sizes were surprisingly big. We actually couldn't finish the B. onion, took it home. Everything tasted great, the service was great hence the 5 star rating. I would have given 4.5 because the prices are a bit much.Also note, we dined at 4pm on the Good Friday. Total price was around $60.Overall, pleased with the experience. Thanks to my better half. She's definitely more patient than I am.

NO SERVICE!! I walked in for dinner and there was one table of four and only one server. The server saw me then rushed back into the kitchen. I figured she saw me and would come back out to serve me but she didn’t. So after waiting for minutes I walked into the back and yelled out for service and again no one came out. The only table told me to just sit down cuz that’s what they did. I asked if the server was supposed to check our vaccination card first and they said she never asked. It was extremely uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and went to the nearby Keg at Marriott hotel which I’m so glad I did cuz their food and service was superb. This Outback should just close if they don’t want to service people. Pathetic! It was Monday night November 29th just in case management sees this review then they should know who to fire!
It’s a really good chain restaurant in US, so I went there , because I knew it’s good and prices are reasonable, but I was wrong! OMG! Prices!!! They are simply doubled compare to the same restaurant in the States,(even with currency difference) and the portions are really small. Shame on you! It’s like a tradition to rip off everyone on Canada side!
The worst customer service! The lady is rude, we were at 3pm and she did not open for us! We were chatting after eat and the lady (blond and old) asked us in a rude way if wanted the bill.She is not polite at all and the food is not equal to the standard quality of outback.The lady has served us without mask in the beginning.To be honest I DO NOT recommend this place.
Super annoying that their hours on Google were different than their hours posted. My husband and I went to the other location which ALSO had the wrong hours the night before, so we were unable to eat there for dinner. We waited around until they opened the next day, but when we walked to the restaurant, the hours were different YET again and they weren't actually open for another hour. Super frustrating. Please update your hours - if COVID has changed your hours, you should reflect that change on Google as well.
