Not the best olive garden location I've eaten at. The prices were expensive, and every dish had way too much salt; Even the baked bread was encrusted in salt. It totally ruined the flavor I'm used to from olive garden. The servers however were very attentive and nice. No complaints there.
There is a lot if variety to the menu. The $6 take home meals are great value for lunch, kids lunch, work, and heat up meals. They have instructions on them. The servers are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with their work. Anything that could go wrong is always resolved in a fast hospitable manner. This restaurant is always a delight to visit!!!
Food is always delicious. My kids took me to celebrate my birthday. Service was great except we didn't get our appetizer of toasted ravioli which I've never tried before. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend.
April 16th was our first time back since August 2019. We always look forward to our trips to Buffalo so we could eat at Olive Garden. Melissa was our server again and she is just fantastic! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and on the ball! Our appetizers and meals,were timed perfectly and piping hot. As usual, the servings were super generous and bonus that we had dinner for our return back to Ontario that evening. Can't wait to go back!!
Our waitress was amazing, very kind and great customer service. She was 10/10.I am giving a 1 star because we came to this location twice , once on Friday the other on Saturday (visiting from Toronto) 2 hours before close and they didn’t have lasagna. On Friday we left (without even ordering because they said they ran out of lasagna) so we came back Friday same thing. They said there chefs leave at 830pm when it closes at 11pm. I ordered the trio meal and something about it tasted completely off. This location does not taste like others, very bland and weird after taste. And to top it all off they didn’t even have take out bags.Would not return to this location and I was really looking forward to having a great meal at my favourite restaurant. Completely salted my experience. The manager didn’t even come out and apologize for our experience just told the waitress that we could order the shells with feta which tasted absolutely disgusting and I got sick after eating it. Should have just went to the Cheesecake Factory!
Micheal was our server and he did a great job making us feel comfortable. It was my first time traveling to niagara Falls from NYC and service from him was better than any I had in the city. Food came on time and was tasty will def come back and ask for him when I travel to Niagara Falls again.
Best olive garden I've ever been to. Been going to many for years and in different states across the US and always something lacking. The most consistent issue I have is the line to get seated or the speed of service which trends on the slow end.This one was fast seating, everyone was courteous and the server named Zapria B was the best.Food came out fast and they accommodated the very weird demands from the family without skipping a beat.Food was on point and no mistake on any of the orders.Refills didn't have to be asked. She was really on top of the table while also taking care of other tables.
The service we got here was fantastic. The waitress was wonderful. When we walked in the door there were about four people five people near the hostess station they all greeted us and welcomed us. The food was fantastic and when we left they all said goodbye and said that they hope they would see us soon! I’m so glad that we came.
Olive graden never disappoints! Great food, very generous portions and awesome service. The bread sticks and salad are the cherry on top. Keep up the great work!
I love this olive garden for it has some great staff and amazing food. Shout out too Sarina our nice hostess and tash for the great dishes she recommended us. Great place to eat when visiting Niagara Falls.
