I don’t like to write reviews unless it’s either very good or very bad.In this case it was very bad. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST.PLEASE SEE ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING. All one star reviews are genuine. We were with our parents visiting Niagara Falls. It was 9 PM. We looked at the reviews and found that the restaurant had 4 star reviews and thought it would be good.Half of the menu in dinner buffet was missing. Remaining half was either stale or prepared in haste with no taste. When complaint to the owner about the food he mentioned that you made a choice to visit and eat. Charged us $18.5 per plate. Which we were ok to pay but asked us to pay with cash which we didn’t had, so asked us to zelle..Behaved inappropriately in front of kids. This place is disgusting and just spoils the experience of visiting Niagara.Pick a different restaurant.
The Food at Niagara Curry House was simply delicious. After we finished the all you can eat buffet we could barely stand up. This curry is spicy and not made with lots of coconut milk. It’s the original curry recipe. They have lots of vegan options as well. The garlic naan was cooked to order, fresh and so delicious! Our host Raghu was so warm and friendly, he made us feel at home. The Nepalese people are the best! We will be back!
Aww man! I hate to post stuff like this. I believe this place has a future but the state of the city of Niagara Falls is really bad. Business closed and boarded up everywhere the casino is flourishing and this place is hanging on to a hope and a prayer. It shows. No table cloths plastic silverware paper plates and not even a hand full of customers. We had chicken and goat. The goat was "bone in" but really I got a bowl of goat bones and spicy curry soup. Nearly no meat on those bones. The chicken was so dry the bite size pieces had to be broken down with a knife to eat them. $2 Sodas in a can were just an insult to injury. I really feel bad because I think this place could be good but they need customers and revenue to make it. Whatever has killed the business in Niagara Falls, NY is not doing the curry house any favors.
We ate here with my family. We ordered Lamb Curry and Chikken Tikka Masala. It was so good. Ragu welcomed us with a smile and made our food in time. We were all full and happy after our meal. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Ragu for making our food and making us feel welcome. You are awesome.
Very hospitable service and food was very tasty. We had a long ride to niagara and only this place was open. Ragu received us and made hot food in the winter and was very homely. We had nice food and went to Canada. We were so impressed we stopped on the way back to US. Would definitely recommend for flavorful hot food.?
Great food, great personality of worker. We had an all-you-can-eat but at first I did feel it was more of “oh-you-can-eat”, but once things started rolling, both our stomach and heart were filled. Do not expect one-on-one service, because this restaurant operates in a unique way. Instead expect good curry and samosa. One advice—don’t be hesitant to seat your self, feed yourself, and ask for anything missing. Will definitely come often if I lived around here!
Ordered Tikka Masala and got a random curry dish. Asked the owner if this was masala and he assured me it was.
Very near to the falls. The staff is very courteous, friendly and very polite. Food is very good compared to other Indian restaurants around the place. The biryani and tea were the stand outs.
I was delighted that I went here. Cook Raghunath was very nice to chat and served fresh cooked yummy food. We tried veg momos, chole bhature and indian tea and left with a soul fulfilling and pleasant experience. Its location is very perfect and I hope other customers will also have a similar experience here.
Most delicious Indian food ever!!!! You wouldn't think so from looking at the mostly empty buffet restaurant with plastic cutlery but the place is pretty clean, outstanding customer service, and delicioussssss curry!!!
