The worst McDonald’s you will ever step foot in. Terrible food quality orders constantly wrong employees and customers arguing any given day you walk in drink machine has been disgusting for months I have to ask for a drink from the machine in the back then I get a big long hair in my drink hamburgers are super salty and peppery sometimes?? fries are super salty food poisoning from the apple pies I’ll never come back here ever again I’ll go eat at 7/11 before I go here and waste another penny this establishment is absolutely venomous and the people of Niagara should burn it into the ground to preserve there own health
Awesome Mcdonald's nowadays. Their new app is awesome too, great deals. Love how they have added family meals to the menu. Everything was made right and fresh. Oddly no ice in our drinks though, but that's nothing to whine about.
The food is just as good as other McDonald's but they forget the Sauces or smaller items you might have ordered and then need to go back into drive through which is very annoying, so be sure to check your order before you go. May be other McDonald's so far have spoiled us with a guaranteed service so we never checked the bag but this location staff doesn't know how to count apparently.
This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Everything is hot and fresh. The people are great. They are doing things right and should be the model for McDonald's everywhere
When I visit Niagara Falls I usually end up at this McDonald's late at night. HUGE lineups but the staff move them along fast.The drive thru needs to be updated as it's small for a place that has lots of room to expand
Ordered 4 eggs mcmuffins and 2 sausage mcmuffin & 1 hash brown . None of egg mcmuffins had ham. WFF? Waited 10 mins for our order only to have the signature sandwiches made wrong @
This place never seems to not disappoint me. They upped the prices lowered the people that care for good quality customer service. It seems like they only higher disrespectful kids to make people food, and get payed 16.00 hour smh. Just everyone stop eating there and maybe the will fix the service they provide. (and also lower the pricing)??
Sandwich was so burnt that it was crumbling and inedible. Imagine a mcdonalds not being able to cook a burger right.
This fast food restaurant was very well maintained. They also had a very helpful cashier who guided grandma and me to order from a breakfast menu we were not familiar with. The long table with a dozen old MEN were a testimony to their local popularity.
Unprofessional. I walk in the manager comes up the register singing loudly . Doesn’t greet me turns around yells at the employee. Following that a young lady comes up looks at me … no greeting just Waiting for me to order . After my order she hands me the food and that’s it . No have a great day , take care of yourself . It was very youthful in there and that’s fine but the customer service was a 0 out of 10 .
