Late night coffee drive thru. Despite the Rogers catastrophe, their payment gateways were fine and the transaction was seamless. This is a 24/7 spot for drive thru food/drinks on Lundy's Lane.
Okay, so staff is super friendly, food is good, my only complaint, is that most times I've passed through drive-thru specially when gas was super high, I've been made to wait for to long.
Literally waited 12-15 minutes to give my order for just a tea on front but nobody’s took my order & I left without giving any order. Very very poor service
Nice clean restaurant but often busy. Forgot our Happy Meal but cheerfully fixed. We would certainly return. It would be nice to have an outdoor dining area - just a few tables would be appreciated.
Truely Great staff, greeted warm and friendly going thru drive thru,big storm started as we were getting our food. They were Great ! So was the food. Covid-19 safety measures in practice.
Worst McDonald's in Niagara. Ever since John stopped working here and running the place it as turned into a giant mess. Not only when we first walk into the restaurant was there tables not cleaned but food everywhere, garbage haven't been changed in how long. The restaurant was completely empty at the time so no costumers we were the only ones at the cash. We stood at the cash waiting for someone to take our order for about 15mins before I went over near the drive thru and said heyy we've been staying here for 15mins is someone going to take our order. Some lady said yes give me a moment. Then we ended up waiting another 10 mins before she came to actually take our order. When we finally get our food the fries were cold and my burger has a giant piece of brown lettuce on it. They didnt give us any napkins the lady said they are in the bag so I check again and nope so napkins so I asked her again please can I have some napkins then she yelled at me they are in the bag. I yelled back NOPE no napkins so the lady beside her grabbed me some. Never eating at this location again.
I like the staff's response and the quality of the food most, also their work speed is awesome, I'm loving it ??
Just went there cause my son had an interview but he never got a call so he is sad. Sad how the world treats even the functionally autistic?
Was ok, we ordered 2 ice cream cones and had to pull over and wait till someone brought them out ...lol...just seemed strange for something like that.
Horrible service! We went through the drive through on Saturday night for a small shake and two fries for our child. We got asked to wait aside for our "specialty" fries. We waited almost ten minutes for and then found our "regular fries were not salted at all?I went back to get new fries that were salted. I then stood there waiting for over ten minutes in zero line up for my new fries to be put in and cooked and overlooked.When I got back to my vehicle my wife was very concerned waiting there with our young child wondering if I've been abducted literally as it took so long.Not the first incident with this McDonald's.Fast food my A..
