I've never had an issue with this mcdonalds until last night. Ordered doordash for me and my 3yr old son. Everything was ice cold even though the order only took 15 minutes from being placed to being delivered. Then on top after taking a bit of yhe hamburger the second bite i find some long blondish hair in it! I spit it out and almost threw up. My hair is dark brown and my son has short dark brown hair. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully doordash provided me credits back for the whole order but I'll never order from there again.
I like that they have the after hours window for Delivery drivers. Unfortunately, most of the time the delivery drivers are ignored for so long, the 'Deliver by' time has come and gone, and their stats are effected negatively. It also causes bad reviews and customer complaints! On the worse days, I can only imagine how cold the food is when it sits on the counters for who knows how long! Otherwise, the wait for the orders to be made is usually obnoxiously too long of a wait!Every night at around 12am, the system "Goes down", therefore effecting everything from drive-thru payments (cash only), to delivery drivers waiting for the system to come back up so the workers can see what the orders are!As for the other issue, a few people, including myself, we're waiting at the window for our order to be passed to us, we watched a gentleman grab some fries, add them to the bag, reach in, eat some, and drop, whatever it was, excess salt, back into that bag, hand it to the girl, and pass out to a car!!!! We told the manager, whom said he was "new to this location, and I didn't want to tell the district manager because that is an automatic termination."!!!!!! So, he supposedly "spoke with him about the issue". Just nasty! ? Ewwww! If the manager were me, he would have been automatically let go!!! That is per food safety policies, ANYWHERE!
Once again... they shorted my order even though I asked at the window if 3 cheeseburgers where in the bag and she said yes... they are always forgetting something ... and there ordering screens are fill with spit and goobers..so just take the time and drive out to the one on niagara falls blvd..it'll be well worth it and you'll still have a appetite....
The seating area was clean, but the place doesn't have running water in the mens room. At least the sinks in the mens room. The fries were ice cold, well, colder than room temp anyway. The staff was friendly, but it's just nice right. I used the bathroom and couldn't wash my hands. See pictures! The place was empty!
What a bunch of SCAMMERS. I bought a happy meal for my son at 10:15pm, June 29, 2022. Instead of nuggets, my son had cookies in his nugget box. Management needs to address this location. What a shame. To all canadian that are trying to enjoy their stay in US side, be aware to this location.
The area felt a little sketch coming from Niagara... but the quality of service and food was top notch! Very friendly staff, very helpful and our order was all perfect. We had a pretty big order for 4 people too!
I'm disappointed, very poor service. I had to place my order 4 times with two different people ( both had attitudes) before they could get it entered correctly. Then they didn't have anything I wanted (no bagels, no biscuits and gravy) , and only one syrup for 4 pancakes and additional syrups were (.50)
The food was very terrible
If I can rate 0 stars I would. I hate it at this location. I ordered 3 Big Macs, 9 large fries, and 6 packs of mcNuggets. I only got 1 Big Mac, 4 fries, and 2 packs of McNuggets. I hate it here and I won’t be visiting anymors
This location is the worst. ALWAYS something missing or wrong w the order. Today a manager (I am assuming mngr because of the plain button down shirt) came to the register after keeping a line of customers waiting for 10 mins w no one up front. When he approached the register he was complaining loudly that he wasn't even supposed to be on register and slammed things around and huffed & puffed the whole time. He made me and the family behind me feel like we were bothering him. After his tantrum it took and additional 20 mins to even get the food. I get people have bad days, but you don't get to take it out on the customers.
