Ordered some of the more expensive steaks on the menu medium rare. Steaks came out very rare.. I decided to eat mine but flagged down the waitress for my girlfriend. They re-prepared the meal for her. Came back out and was a little better but still very rare. Server was very nice and brought the manager over. Both of them had phenominal customer service and comped the meal and then some.. definitely felt taken care of. The meals were amazing just not to the right wellness on steak. mistakes happen and they absolutely took take of us. Sides and service was phenomenal.
The staff was absolutely incredible to me. I was dealing with a stressful situation and they handled it with ease and grace and such compassion. The food was amazing. This Restaurant is no one in my books. Thank you for such an uplifting experience. You ladies are the best.
Absolutely delicious. Steak came out perfect and the sides were amazing. Service was friendly and didn't bother you every 5 minutes which is what I like!!
Enjoyed an outstanding steak dinner with excellent service (thanks Jamie D and Cheyenne). Well worth it to sign up for emails so you get coupons and offers. So reasonable to upgrade salad to the strawberry pecan salad - it’s huge! The addition of the parm crust on the steak takes it to a whole new level.. and their prices are excellent for the quality of food!
The service was pretty slow to not be crowded. The bartender Jamie has all the positive vibes needed. She was bringing us bread that we didn't receive until after the appetizers. Pretty much the life of the party. My wings were not cooked all the way through and my sisters steak was burnt. I would like to say they may have been having a bad day. As we all do. Maybe next time will be a better experience.

I ordered a ribeye, fully loaded. It was outstanding! Cooked perfectly! Waitress was pinnacle. Funny gal, very friendly. Frozen daiquiri was banging. The hostess let me choose my table which I love cause I hate sitting next to strangers. I always enjoy this place. I'll be back again as always.
We were seated 35 minutes after being put on the wait list. Not bad for New Year's Eve! We started with 2 appetizers and they came out quickly. All 3 of us ordered steaks. The steaks were good, cooked as ordered. I do wish my salad dressing had come on the side. Besides that, no complaints. The kids absolutely loved their meals.

Longhorn accommodated our large party of 14 and handled it so well! Everyone’s food was amazing, the steak and lobster tails were quality meats and cooked to perfection. The servers provided excellent service and were quick with all of our bar orders. This is 3rd time I’ve been there and they are excellent each and every time. We will definitely be returning and making this a regular spot for us.
