The food quality of Koi is very poor. It seems all the food is prepared ahead of time and just put them into the wok and have a quick stir. I havenât had any hot food from there yet, all food served in a Luke warm manner. For me, Koi is only a choice when you have no other choice at all. The only good aspects I can think of it is you can reserve the table more easily compared to other restaurants in the property. I believe a big improvement is a must for Koi.
Very enjoyable meal. Portions are large. The General Tso's chicken and honey walnut shrimp were perfectly cooked and service was very attentive.

Received the wrong appetizer. Food was barely warm. Asked for soy sauce and never got it. Drinks were not refilled. Dessert came with wrong toppings and we were asked if we would be ok with it. Overall an absolutely terrible experience. Not even close to a $80 meal for 2 people.
