We ordered to eat in the restaurant, and they were so busy! It appears they’re understaffed, which is too bad. All employees were courteous, and trying their best. I applaud one of the employees for staying professional when other customers were frustrated.
This was the absolute worst KFC dinner I ever purchased. The chicken was as dry as the Sahara Desert and must have been cooked a week ago. I strongly warn would be diners craving a KFC dinner to avoid this location. I will be complaining to corporate
This restaurant used to have excellent food and service. Tonight I ordered Original 8 piece meal, No wings, mash and coleslaw. Got home opened it up No gravy and 5 Wings greet my eyes. The pieces that weren't wings tasted like they'd been dried out for hours. Too upset to make the drive back. Thank you for making me waste almost $30
We went to the Niagara Falls Blvd KFC location for lunch and the restaurant was very dirty. Garbages were all full, the drink station had garbage all over it, tables were dirty and gross. After we ordered, I looked in the back when they were getting our food and the kitchen part was disgusting, there was water all over the floor, boxes & bins full of who knows what strewn every where, the counter where food was to be made had stuff all over it. As far as food goes, the chicken was at least hot and edible, the mac n cheese was gross thou with what looked like bottom of the pan burned flecks in our container. We won't be back to this location. Ever.
Worst service ever! Rude staff. First of all they made me wait for an hour when I placed an online order. I reached out to the staff multiple times for my order and they gave me the same answer over and over again( stillpreparing the order) and then finally when i received the order, they messed it up. Included Dr. Pepper while I ordered Pepsi. I don’t see chicken in the chicken pop corn(just felt like I was eating corn flour). I don’t even want to give them 1 star but, had to select it as I want to write the review.
No ice in drinks. Weird. Guy on drive through high as balls. Or gas what ever. No napkins no forks. Ordered 3pc tender box got a wing and two thighs hate dark meat. Fries or fryer oil very very old has not been replaced in weeks im sure. Overall I will never eat at KFC again wont be missing anything. If you wanna go out of business keep up the good work.
Was a good kfc, not anymore, really slow, they take one order at the line at a time and them everyone waits. Food was fine.
Miserable staff. Never get your order right. No ice in the wrong beverage on the hottest day. No utensils. No napkins. Long wait always. Staff is always outside… no wonder they can’t get an order right.
Quick and good but still pricey for less food... also ridiculous that they only give you one gravy per 2 mashed potatoes. The biscuits are smaller, and the don't fill up the man n cheese tubs either. Disappointing
Terrible!!! Went thru the drive thru. Lady kept repeating the order back to us wrong, then we had to pull over and wait for them to walk it out to us, among 6 or seven other cars, after 15mins or so they came out and ask us what we ordered again and to wait longer. Not going there again!!! Ps no ice in the drink and it was warm.
