I love the food; simply tasty and tummy satisfying. Good portion as we ordered combo. 5 stars for the staff, so friendly and helping. I would like to visit again ❤️.
AVOID!! Food was as expected, service was good, till I queried what the NFDF was. I specifically asked if it as a mandatory fee. First I received the response that "it's charged to everyone." I asked AGAIN is it mandatory. Was told "everyone in NF charges it". I showed my Niagara Parks receipt and another restaurant receipt which didn't have this. Then I was told "it's on the menu so you agreed to it." I asked them to point it out on the menu - they pointed me to something in very small (unreadable) font - check out my picture to see how small it is even when I had taken a zoomed in picture of the menu. I finally asked to speak to a manager about this outrageous charge. The hostess disappeared and returned within 30 seconds saying her manager was in a meeting and here was my NFDF fee refunded.
We were there for breakfast yesterday. Brittany was an exceptional server!!!! Service was efficient and portion sizes were good. Don't forget to use a Groupon voucher for $20. It has to be for this location. Would recommend this location.
The host was very polite but I would specifically like to leave excellent feedback for our pink haired server. We found the menu to be a little bit more expensive than we budgeted for and decided to hit our favourite local spot instead. She was very polite and understanding and we appreciated it. She turned what was potentially a negative experience into a positive one.
Food was good and fast to come but wow with the bill at the end I thought I would have a gold nugget center. $189 Cad for 5 ppl is a bit much. It's pancakes and eggs. Come onAlso server was friendly but not a good CS to have the bill brought to the table while 2 people are still eating . Overall good taste but won't be returning
I just attended IHOP Lundy’s lane, feb 26,2022 where I provided proof of vaccination along with multiple government pieces of identification (drivers license, health card, and restricted and non restricted PAL) where i was treated like a second rate citizen and denied a table for breakfast with my five year old daughter. After speaking with the manager, it was clear that she was unable to understand their own posted sign which stated proof of vaccine. There was nothing posted about a QR code requirement, and when politely challenged on this QR code requirement the manager became extremely rude and dismissive. This would have been understandable should the restaurant be full, or if there was a line etc, however there was 2 other tables in the restaurant. After being challenged, the manager the manager quickly developed an authoritarian complex after I had quickly refuted her illogical argument. Congratulations ihop Lundy’s lane, you denied a single father with a torn achilles in an aircast breakfast with his five year old daughter. All the while i was providing vaccination record, complying with their regulation. Now with two existing tables in the restaurant, and denying entry to a compliant patron with proof of vaccine, it is pretty evident that this management team does not understand the full scope of their position within the company…. To manage the business to make money.
Always friendly staff and delicious meals. Clean restaurant and the bathrooms as well. Love this place ❤ The coffee is amazing ?Also, I do not eat pork, and they offer turkey bacon!! Huge plus for me ?
The server was extremely busy with customers inside and pick up table. She was in the kitchen and answering tge phone. Very pleasant. Food was average but pricey. Server needs a raise. 5 stars for her

We didn't have to wait too long to be served. Had some great pancakes with berries. All COVID-19 protocols were in place and followed.
