We love this location! No matter when we have come here the food and service has been amazing!!! Kassandra was fantastic! We had an issue with our wings and she made sure that everything was fixed right away! More restaurants need people like her!! We will always be back!!
Stop in while out this way for work yesterday. Ended up spending the whole night there. The girls working there are all super friendly and great conversationalist. Great service also from the bartender Danielle and the manager as well(didn’t get her name). Will glad stop in every time I am in the area
Great place to eat. Foods are delicious and servers are very friendly. Big shout out to my server named Crystal was kind and friendly, she provided the best service and made sure everything was good. Got my food on time and everything was good. She is also beautiful.
Holy schmoly!!!!! I am totally WING OUT!! Whoever said that they can sit and eat 50 wings on all you can eat wings nite must be an amazing big eater (I thought I was but ..) anyway vacationing in NF and saw the sign AYCE WINGS here and definitely have to try it. It has been such a long time. Happily said the wings are still as good as I remember! At first glance I thought that they were a bit skinny but wow they are tender crunchy and sauced perfectly. Our awesome server Alyssa recommended that I start with the signature Buffalo sauce and it was a total spot on (thanks Alyssa) - I decided to go for General Tso and it was tangy and good (Buffalo sauce was better). My other half got Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was perfect - they cannot do rare but medium rare was just the right consistency.But the best factor of the evening is our server Alyssa!!! Wow she is a keeper. I never know someone who is so attentive and so friendly yet so down to earth!! It was very easy to talk to her and asking her questions, she know the menu well and really gives good recommendation. She make sure that our drinks are filled, constantly checking on us and it was easy to joke and talk to her!! She is the de facto for our awesome experience in Hooters. Thank you Alyssa! Keep up the good work! Kudos to NF Hooters! Woot woot!!!
Touristy spot, we went there to check the box. The food is nothing special. The burger tastes like McDonalds. The chicken wings wasn't a fail. But I guess who goes there for the food? Nice concept to say been there done that.

We spent part of our Super Bowl Sunday evening at Hooters, it was my 1st visit ever, to any location. Kenzie was our server and she was an absolute delight! Wings are what they're famous for, that's what I ordered (hot)...YUM! The environment was lively & comfortable. There were people of all ages, couples, families and groups. Food and drinks were yummy and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Falls.
This location actually deserves 0 star. We went there on Family Day and we waited 5 min till someone came and checked our vaccination passport and told us to sit at any table that we felt comfortable at. We sat for a about 10 min and no one came to serve us. Then we decided to move to another table and there we sat for another 20 min again with not one waitress coming to our table to bring menus or ask us for a drink. I was able to get the attention of one of the waitress and asked her if she could bring us a couple of menus. She walked away. We thought she was going to get us menus but she didn't. She walked by our table again and to the people sitting behind us and took their order and walked past our table with no acknowledgement. She brought drinks to a table across from us again not acknowledging us. We felt like we were invisible by the waitresses. After 30 min or so of waiting to be not served we decided to leave the restaurant and note that neither of the two waitresses working noticed that we left. We will NEVER EVER VISIT HOOTER IN NIAGARA FALLS EVER AGAIN. They were not that busy either. We were very disappointed by the non service we received and the rudeness of the waitress
We visited Mar 2022 and had a great time. The servers were so friendly and the food was amazing. We had wings, cheese strings and Nachos. They tasted perfect. We are kind of wing and nachos snobs lol we will return forsure. Thank you.
We popped in late last night after a sporting event. Service was relatively quick & our serverJulia, was attentive... but that was as good as it gets. We ordered mozza sticks for an appetizer. They arrived lukewarm, cheese barely melted and tasted like....deep fried nothing. Even the marinara dip was bland. Hubby ordered 10 naked wings, hot, not saucy. We were laughing our heads off... we have NEVER seen wings this small EVER... barely the size of my pinky, meat gone in 1 bite. The wing tips were still on. And though he asked for them not saucy, they were swimming in sauce. He had to use napkins to wipe off the excess sauce... for 1 bite each time. I ordered the garlic parmesan boneless wings. These were also drowning in sauce that was so overpowering, I could only eat 4. Though in the tourism district, they have NO canned or bottled coolers so we ordered cocktails... at $11 each, it just was not worth it. Our entire bill was $76... not including tip. Normally I would have asked to see a manager due to the poor quality but we just wanted to go to our room as were exhausted. Do NOT recommend.
