Really great place to eat. Didn’t take too long to get seated. Be prepared to hunt and pay for parking. Service was good and the food was good. Nothing spectacular, but enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
To say the least I didn't want to give a star. Waited 45 minutes to get in and that was ok. Waited another 10 minutes for a waiter. Eric was his name and he was very slow start to finish. Had to ask for anything and everything. The food came out 2 plates at a time. Ordered boneless wings that actually was nothing more than tenders. Was not happy with the food period. Couldn't eat my pulled pork sandwich. The grilled fajita chicken was not grilled at all. Asked for a refill of sweet tea and let me tell ya they said sorry we are out of it. Wouldn't recommend eating or wasting your money.
We were 50 minutes late. The 2 waitresses at the entrance didn't want to listen to us and they were not kind at all. No place for us, no possibility even waiting and even if I am a HRC member. Moreover inside there was a strong and bad smell of junk food
I would have given this 5 stars but the hostess (there were 4 people standing at the front) was really confused. I was with a party of 7. We waited outside for 15 minutes thinking it was extremely busy. When we were told to go in, it was so empty. The employees standing at the front didn't tell us where to go or greet us. I was really confused. Seemed very unorganized. However, burgers and drinks were good and our waitress was amazing.
It was just busy and lots of people in a tight space It was good to see people out and about in Niagara Falls. No complaints
Service was terrible, I understand that everyone is short handed but this was ridiculous. Food was good but forget getting a refill.
The music was so loud, it was hard to hear people talking at our table, so that was not great. But, the food and service were really good. Thank you.

Hard Rock Cafe has never disappointed us, and this was definitely not an exception!! The NY Strip was cooked to perfection and the wife's chicken fajitas were top notch as well! Keep up the commitment to excellence!!!!
This was an AWFUL experience all around! The waitress was beyond overwhelmed and kept apologizing for forgetting things. We had no kids menu and had to wait an additional 15 min to get oneâ we clearly had a young child who was going to order off the kids menu. My daughter looked down and said âewwwâ at her silverware. There was dried food on her fork, so of course we check ours and 3 of the 4 forks at our table had dried food on them! Not spots or smudges, literally food. We were so tempted and disgusted that we almost left. We should have. We were crammed in like sardines. You would bump people walking by their table. Our food was wrong. We mustâve waited 30 min for our check. Save your time and money! We shouldâve just eaten at a food truck, prob wouldâve been cleaner!
