A big wanted sign on the door. They are hiring for all position and all shifts. This should have given us the sign that service was not good. The kitchen was out of eggs, out of rice, no fish, no syrup, we were informed of this after bringing the pancakes, cold coffe and the tasteless t-bone stake. The waitress complained to us that the place was understaffed and that she was helping with the cooking herself. She was ashamed that orders had to be substituted because deliver of some essentials have not arrived. I wonder if this going to be how it is from now on because of deppression.??!!
We were on vacation, walked in and waited 10 minutes as staff walked by without aknowledgeing us. I finally asked if we need to seat ourselves and was told wait, we will get to you. The person that walked us to our table was rude and did not look at us. We waited another 15 minutes to place our order and decided to walk out. I honestly think staff was relieved. Horrible service. One star is waay [email protected]'s Do better in staffing your restaurants. Staff looked over worked and under paid.
We always eat at Denny's when we visit Niagara Falls, NY. The service is top notch, always friendly and very helpful. I love the Ultimate omelet, absolutely the best around. Top it off with Country Gravy and there is nothing like it. The prices are really good, great value all round.

Expensive, unclean, and extremely busy. Was my first time going to Denny's (had to see what the hype was all about). Needless to say the hype did not live up to expectations... we didn't order anything - sat down, opened the menu, got sauce or something on our hands from the dirty menus, saw the prices, and left. There are much better options for breakfast very close by.
Got a breakfast special, all you can eat eggs, pancakes, and hash browns for $6.99. Great deal! Our waitress was super nice, friendly and great service. Definitely was a great breakfast date with my Dad!
Service was awesome!!! Our server had over 8 tables going and made us feel as if we were her only customers. Our omelettes were so good they were big and fluffy had tons of the chosen ingredients, they were made with experience & love!!!
Good service. The breakfast portions were pretty large but they let me order off the smaller kids menu which was a perfect portion for myself, 3 smaller chocolate chip pancakes and a side of grapes! Yummy and fresh
Location of this Denny's is right on the Niagara Falls Blvd strip. Sharing the corner with Sonic, back road in to Walmart and hop and skip from the main strip of Niagara Falls.Employees, staff, waitress and Management are all pretty impressive and enjoy the service they provide.Handicap and wheelchair accessible?Surprised, I was not only one in this restaurant that was handicapped.Ask for a booth, since don't like being in wheelchair when dinning. We're on vacation but after trying a few local places who only took cash, we had to settle for Denny's.Everything was good except the cook must have seen my Juventus jersey and he must be an Inter Milan fan. My omelette came out Burnt to a crisp, the meat also as well as my hash brown as well. Everyone else's food was perfect tho.Deducting a star for that. Otherwise everyone was good and helpful there. The waitress was good as well.Great coffee for the regular brew.
