I haven’t had a steak hoagie in years probably since the original David’s. As my husband craved a sub tonight I decided to try the steak hoagy and it wasn’t pleasant! The steak was full of fat which is a total turn off, at least for me. I don’t know how cooks expect people to eat that grizzly unappealing crap! We make them at home and the fat gets cut off and the steak chopped up so my next hoagy will be homemade. Also, the onions were hard and not quite sure why but obviously not cooked properly. We’ve always favored David’s sub rolls but tonight it didn’t look or taste like they usually do, Very disappointing and I didn’t eat much of it at all?
had a steak Hoagy and a large pizza with cheese and pepperoni 711 has better pizza and the Hoagy was not so good steak was all chopped up and almost no onions and mushrooms
Worst stinger sub in western New York. The chicken finger was grizzly and the steak was one long piece of low grade super thick cut chewy, grizzly over cooked shoe leather. The previous owners would be so ashamed if they knew how their legacy was being destroyed. Absolutely disgusting food. We all three threw our subs in the trash where they belonged. Won’t be going back. A real shame.
Lots of grease on the fries and lots of chunks of tough meat in the cheese steak.
My coworkers and I ordered 6 different subs tonight, all with dif specifications, food was amazing and not a single condiment was wrong, was mind blowing receiving the delivery just 25 minutes after ordering. Awesome service, awesome food.
Got a chicken taco salad made with all yellow and old lettuce. I had to pick it all out.
I like to try different places every so often and this time, I wish I hadn't. I ordered steak n cheese subs lastnight and I couldn't have been anymore disappointed. There was more sub roll than anything. Barely any meat or cheese and was very bland. Needless to say, I won't be going back again. My favorite place for steak n cheese subs by far has to be Good Guys in North Tonawanda.
Great food, great prices. Would definitely choose them again.
